K	Kerry Kozak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location at Hudson's Bay in West Edmonton Mall has been out of everything in the past six months or so. I have gone roughly 5 or 6 times since the summer, and every single time the clerk tells me whatever I need is out of stock or on back order. I am not talking one or two things, but everything from foundation, fast response eye cream, certain lipstick shades, eye shadow shades, and pressed powder! The whole point of going to this location is because it is right where I need to go for my other errands. Here is an idea: next time you do your orders, order triple the amount! Shut this location down if you could only look and not buy! Another issue that boggles my mind is why you can only trade your recyclables for lipstick ( of course shades they are always out of stock) and not eye shadow as well? I thought all MAC is the same company?! And of note I was looking at all the new seasonal products they have and about 50% of them had a "out of stock" sticker on them. Come on MAC, what kind of management runs the show here? Clearly someone who can't judge future sales. I have been walking over to Sephora lately, and I am sure I am not the only one.

M	Marla Roth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited MAC Wednesday, March 20, and was greeted immediately upon entering the store. I was getting a half hour makeup application done for my grad photos. Lindsay was the artist doing my makeup, and I really enjoyed how she explained what she was doing, and after applying some makeup such as the eyeshadow, she checked in with me and asked if it was too dark or light. The experience was great since Lindsay ensured I was happy with each application. She also did a great job and was able to replicate the look with the photos I provided. Additionally, I purchased a really fantastic under eye concealer. I have never used such an awesome concealer: with a bit of powder, it doesn't crease and looks good after 10+ hours of wear! Overall it was a great experience at MAC and I will return! Thanks Lindsay!
S	SD J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to MAC cosmetics close to 20years. I have tried other make-up stores but never receive the customer service I receive at MAC. It does not matter what location I have gone to I have been greeted within minutes of entering the store. Even if they are busy a sales person will say hi and let me know someone with be with me as soon as possible. Anytime I have had questions regarding product, how to apply product. The sales staff have always answered all my questions and even showed me how to apply the makeup. MAC is incredible company I will keep going supporting them.

She did not rush me whatsoever and answered my millions of questions. I ended up essentially buying a new face of makeup. She was so knowledgeable and really made me feel more confident with doing my own makeup. Thank you so much!!

Listen, I do not have high expectations at any store in a large mall because I understand that these women, men, girls and boys working here are not paid much for their efforts and are often short staffed, over worked and/or dealing with ignorant/annoying customers. So when I see other 1 sentence reviews about poor service, I don’t listen and I go see for myself. I recommend you do the same. MAC has a “recycling program” whereby if you return 6 empty containers, you can get a free regular collection lipstick, lipgloss or eyeshadow! Amazing right? So I recently stopped in this store, at 1 hour before closing time, to get free lipsticks. There was only a few people working but I was helped right away and she spent about 40 minutes with me to select the colour, formula type, explaining differences etc. I went in for free stuff but was feeling so good with the service I bought concealer too :) So bottom line, I would highly recommend this store and it’s products.

She answered all my questions, got it shipped to my house, and got us some amazing samples. I got my package in four days! Very impressed. This was my first time shopping at MAC and I will definitely be back. Gotta stress how amazing Amy was! Thank you! ?
