My daughter purchased sweat pants that don't fit and cannot return. The sweat pants are horribly made like I mean cheap probably cost $2.00 to make. I'm sure they would not withstand a couple months of washes. Sweatpants,
I would not recommend. I'm sure there are some nicer quality clothes they sell maybe. However, I won't be bothered to spend my money here. Splurge spend the extra $5-$10.00 bucks and buy something that will last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutal customer service. I was in this store for about 25min and was not asked once if i was finding everything alright. I then found a pajama shirt that i wanted, it came in a set of 3. The only one in my size was missing the matching pants. Thats fine, I only wanted the shirt. The girl at the till could not discount anything, even with a missing item. She told me i had to pay the same price as if there was pants included. I asked for her manager, the first person she asked had zero interest in helping me, or even coming out from behind a pillar to talk to me. She then took me to another employee half way across the store who took it and told me it was not sellable as it was "damaged". Then she said "it is what it is" and changed her body language to start walking away.
I have worked a lot of retail in my day, including management in high volume stores. This was unacceptable and i will no longer be visiting this location due to this experience. The staff clearly don't care at all to help the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello Management. If you are actually reading this as you have indicated, why haven't you tried to correct the issues from the posts that have been added 6 plus months ago?
My husband bought me 3 pair of jeans for my birthday with the understanding from your staff that if they didn't fit me, we could return them as long as we had the receipt,the jeans were never tried on, I could tell just by holding them up to myself that they were to big.So, we brought them back today for a refund or an exchange. I tried on other jeans but could not find any that looked good on me at all. When we asked for a refund, we were informed that there was no refund allowed. Then we were told that because he bought them for me and it was over two weeks, the cashier didn't want to do anything for us at all.
I have to say that your staff that you put there are not well trained in customer service at all. I had to ask someone to help me because we were totally ignored. We will never shop in your store again nor recommend this place to anyone. Just a reminder that word of mouth travels faster than google reviews.
Please take a good look at your staff, they are the faces of your company success or failure and by the looks of it success is not looking good.
This was not a pleasant experience. Mind you i did end up get a pair of jean from your store just because my husband spent his hard working money there. But never again.
