I came in to Morphe today, very last minute about 20 minutes maybe before close and had one of the best experience's! Sam Z was incredibly helpful and supportive in all my 100's of questions and not only helping me find the items (I wasn't sure which Ones i needed) but teaching me how to use them and the best way for my skin and the way I was hoping to look. She listened to ever concern I had with helpful insight to all and answering all my questions without any worry of the timing coming to close. Overall I highly recommend Morphe not just for the products but more so for the amazing customer experience I received all across the boards from everyone there! Go in and ask every question you've ever had or been unsure about, I promise you will not leave unhappy.

The associate ivy is incredible me and my friend came to this location to look around but when ivy approached us, instead of looking around we left with two bags of purchase. She was indeed an amazing helper with sweet personality. Definitely coming back because of her.

I have been going to other places like Sephora for my make up for years now. However I recently went inside of morphe for the first time and all I could think was β€œwhy haven’t I been in here before and what took me so long?” It’s fair to say, I love this store!

I purchased online for the first time and the 20% coupon email sign up was not working. When I refreshed the page the option disappeared. I had to use another coupon and emailed customer service to see if they could help. They offered no assistance and told me they could not adjust the price to accommodate. They also did not offer a refund so that I could make the purchase again with the 20% off new customer code. The least they could have done is offered me 20% off for my next purchase. I regret this purchase and am very unlikely to purchase again due to the poor service I experienced online. Many of the customer service agents did not seem to understand the issue and kept replying with odd information that did not make sense and that was irrelevant to the issue. In store maybe would have been better but the purchasing experience has left me a little sour and now I don’t really see the point in supporting the business. The website also does not let you change coupon codes once one has been input and does not clearly show you the savings.

I was promptly greeted by staff, and while I wondered the store I did notice staff positioning themselves in every aisle as customers look around. Good on them for 1.) Being available to customers 2.) For keeping the store safe, however I couldn't help but feel like if I even wanted to look at an item they would watch to ensure I don't steal. Perhaps they have had problems in the store with theft, but I felt like I was my 6 yr old child with eyes on her all the time. But good on the store for being attentive. I approached Carsan and she helped give me honest reviews of products I was asking about. She helped colour match me for a foundation and was very kind! Store was very clean, staff were friendly and helped me work my phone to find my account to redeem points. I will be back!

Let me start by saying Curtis is the best! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly smile! Curtis helped us pick out the perfect foundation, lip kit, and mascara! It’s hard finding makeup for darker skin tones, but Curtis was so patient and helpful! On top of that, Curtis made sure that we had a great experience at Morphe by being very personable and professional. Thank you so much!

When my Neice opened up her gift for Christmas one of the pretty in Peach eye shadows was broken. It was past the return date and I could not locate the original receipt. The manager at the store happily accepted an exchange. Thanks for the great customer service Carsan!
