The sale seemed pretty good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy some shoes but i'm basically a retard and don't know what i'm looking for and the girl working was very helpful and found something great for me. Looked like she was literally the only one working in the store and somehow managed to help everyone in the store with equal attention. Didn't catch her name but she was short, deep voice, you probably know who i'm talking about. Yall need to get some help for this chick legit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two girls got berated by a manager of another store. The woman called her a r*tard and the poor employee stood there and listened. Unbelievable what retail workers go through. I wish i knew what store the manager was from because the behaviour was gross misconduct. No one deserves to be talked to like that. The manager was mad at a different employee, regardless DISGUSTING behaviour. The girls at this store deserve a day off with pay for dealing with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool store with a lot of different styles. My daughter recommended we stopped in after seeing a pair of NEMds adidas. The girl who helped me was really nice and recommended a nice pair of Vans. She assured me i wasn’t too old to wear them and im really happy with my purchase. The store itself is like going back to the 90s with fila shoes, ponchos not to mention the sales person telling me my new shoes looked “tight”. The sound system in the store is we playing quintessential Prince. Exemplary store with fun hip staff. A must see in the west Edmonton mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales person was over aggressive didn't make it through the door before I was asked what I'm looking for. Not pleasant. I found a purse for $9.99 and they charged me full price and when I showed them the tag saying $9.99 they told me they could and would only sell it to me for $15.00 I don't go to the mall to haggle I go to buy a product that is marked at a price. The sales people were not nice at all
The purse was marked at 9.99 and they wouldn't honor it. Never will I go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection of shoes is great but I wanted a pair and the shoe that I wanted was damaged. The girl said they can get them for me from other store and that was it. Later on looked at my bill and I was charged to get a shoe that was not damaged? No one told me that I had to pay a fee to get a shoe in? And when I went in to ask them about it when I picked them up I couldn't get that charge back. So I returned them, and still did not get the money back for that fee because they said they couldn't do it. I refuse to shop there now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stock manager is awesome. He has been a great help tracking down Converse shoes. Any time I have been to the store (before covid) the staff was great. Online shopping with Journey is great too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an order in store. Paid for order in store. Received email order had been shipped. Then received an email saying the order was canceled. Reason? None given. They said they would mail me a cheque in 7 to 10 business days. No thank you I paid debit so I expect my refund to be issued immediately with the method I paid. And they said as a sorry gift they were giving me $5 off any purchase over $25. I used a $5 coupon when I placed the order. And I'm sorry but $5 as compensation??? Ridiculous. Very dishonest. Basically, don't order anything from here. Sure purchase in store but even in store with someone in front of you, don't think you'll get what you ordered. Very disappointed.
