Went in the store tonight. Only to be gunned off and ignored by a big blonde lady who was behind her desk. On her Cellphone. Not acknowledging anyone who came in. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Wanted a pair of Boots. Ended up finding the same boots at DSW,im bring my service somewhere where im appreciated and acknowledged. And not IGNORED. Get better evening shift workers. Not rude workers.

LOVE THIS STORE! Always have new selections and lots to choose from. The sale wall is really great too if you can find something that fits, its almost always a killer deal. Employees are always willing to help and really friendly personable people.

Hello, As an older couple me and my husband have a hard time being taken seriously by retail workers. Although we had a lot of questions Dilraaj was very helpful and patient, and just a very kind young man. It is always nice to see such a beaming personality. -Marie

Dilroj has splendid customer service!!! He was busy doing something and one of the other employees made eye contact with me and didn’t even try to communicate with me, she simply just kept typing away on her phone and walked to the back. Dilroj was very kind and even apologized multiple times for the wait, and also complimented my jacket, True customer service!! They have some great shoes and bags, Vans Lovers will looooooove.

Had a great experience here today. Spencer helped me find the shoes I was looking for. They have better selection than three previous stores I tried too. They didn't have my size in the color I wanted, so he said he could order them and have them delivered to my house! Never thought this was an option. Plus, because they were over $40 it's free shipping. Woo hoo! Thanks Spencer! And a shout out to Town shoes for sending me to Little Burgendy to find what I need!

It was closing time and both of the employees did not seem to want to help me, I understand I also work at a shoe store, however I believe it is a sales associate’s job to treat every customer the same way regardless of the fact that the store is about to close. It was only 5:40 but the skinny brown guy and this white guy made me feel like my presence was bothering them and one of them made a comment about how β€œI wasn’t 50 cent and shouldnt be wearing so many gold chains” However I do believe that simply because I had a negative experience this does not represent everyone because near the end a really nice small blonde girl with glasses and this tall employee with a turban who had just walked in made me feel so much better. They showed true customer service and continously told me not to worry about taking however much time I needed to try on shoes after I apologized as I knew it was getting close to closing time. I did not make a complaint because I solely believe there are good sales associates out there and I believe in all sales associates ability to better themselves. But please Little Burgundy remind your employess that if they are not going to help customers fine, so be it, but please do not make comments about customers while they are right infront of you. It truly does hurt someones feelings who might simply just be trying to shop for something, it is extremely uncalled for and just downright disrespectful. Please do better, because I know you can!

A shoe shop with some nice styles of shoes. The staff however are horrible. They glance at you and if you don't have the little burgundy look, they just ignore you and talk amongst themselves. Last time I bought shoes there, 4 other customers were looking for staff to ask for sizes. The three staffs were just talking amongst themselves about how awesome the pair converse shoes one of them was wearing was.

Was in to the store today April 10 Gf had decided on the wallet below. Store not busy despite new COVID restrictions 5 per store at a time. Not long of a wait. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We’re in and out. Also liked that they asked if an email receipt would be ok to limit items touched. Would recommend.
