★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bring back the Montreal smoked meat sandwich!! I went to Chachi’s in West Edmonton Mall looking forward to my smoked meat sandwich only to find out, it was taken off the menu! Please bring it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the clubbin and my husband ordered the smoked meat. He said the meat was tender and good but salty. My sandwich was also good but not great. Their advertising on skip shows what I thought was Fresh potato chips so when I ordered the hardbites I didn't realize I was getting a bag of chips. I was super disappointed because that's the only reason I ordered from here. I feel for the price point of the sandwich a small bag of chips could easily be included in the price. $2.40 for chips that arnt fresh is crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, this place had a lot going on for it—thats why we came to visit. Feel like they had a great set up for the shop inside the mall and striking food decor (see hanging cured meat). Branding and menu, was on point as well.
Don’t take away too much from this average review, they were good sandwiches at a reasonable price. I just don’t feel like the product matched everything else they had going for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been craving mac and cheese for weeks - when I saw it at Chachi’s I knew I had to! Brunch never tasted so good! 10/10. I tried the cabarona style with bacon ?, green onions and parmesan ? ? Customer service was warm and friendly, and food was promptly prepared and served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clubhouse sandwich on ciabatta bun with garlic aioli spread and a spicy mayo goes beyond that of a normal sandwich. The bacon was REAL bacon and the turkey breast was tasty. Stellar 15/10 sandwich. Truly. Customer service warm and friendly, all done with a smile. The Georgia Peach lemonade is one to crave over and over, just as with the sandwich. Fresh, tasty real food. This one is a hidden gem, tucked into the food court at WEM.

Location wasn’t busy walk up was available.
The lady at the counter was friendly. The quality of the food was different. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch. The bun was very hot, however the chicken was cold (precooked) and the lettuce was shredded and resulted in a messy product.
Sandwich was delicious however. Would definitely order again. This location was decent and staff was friendly.
