They didn’t bother themselves to make me a new sandwich as McDonald’s rule MFY made for you
I was a restaurant manager and I know how real McDonald’s works

It allowed me to order things that weren't available at this restaurant. By the time the manager figure things out it was a 30 minute transaction. Was kind of expecting them to add some items (hashbrowns) to our breakfast order for free though, for such a delay......

They delete the orders that are taking a bit and then getting mad at customers when we are asking where our food went
When it doesn't say in progress or now serving
. But you got 10 people waiting for things and only one number up there " in progress". Where did everyone else's orders go? If it's a clocking system trying to make sure they are serving in an appropriate time, every McDonald's I've been to on West side is abusing this function by lying about when it's actually being served

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst service that could be provided as employees have no humanity or sympathy whatsoever. My mom is a diabetic patient and was buying a meal from them because her sugar level was low. McDonalds machine wasn't working and they were only accepting cash - first of all how bizzare is that. Who is keeping cash during a pandemic and from how I see it this is solely the stores responsibility. She then told them that she's diabetic so can they atleast give her a small cup of coke so her sugar level come up because she doesn't have cash to which they refused. Absolutely no words for this when even refills are free and even though it was stores fault, the employees denied her a freaking cup of coke. I'd like to see what their management has to say about this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consider 0/ zero star. I bought Medium fries(COLD) and ask for tap water. Unbelievable, this guys charge $0.10 for tap drinking water. I don't know how more this guys go lower.
