★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unenthusiastic staff. I was struggling to find anything and none of them properly helped. They were all quiet and seemed like they didn’t think I would actually buy anything, which is not correct. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this store, as the staff are no help and the jewelry is nothing worth it’s price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently a Monday at the mall during the day is sooooo busy that they can’t answer or return their phone calls! Left a voicemail and they never answered or called back so as a result of the lack of care I had to pay for shipping rather than knowing if they had a certain product in store to be picked up, they should really affiliate themselves with the actual Pandora website so things can be picked up in store or we can see if they have any in stock in store, quite disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received this earings on 5th of september, brought on 4th by my cousin and my wife tried those and she felt pain and she left it in box and today at 9th September we came back to exchange it and at counter sales gril went to manager or whoever ams they said its worn. And they refused to take it back. Even though they were in same shape and their receipt says it has to be in original condition for return or replacement dont know what is the definition of original condition. Very disappointed with the service definitely never coming back and not recommending to any one. I called there and talked to store manager name Jamila, she definitely have no respect amd value for customer, she was arguing over the phone that original and unused is not worn, may be head office there need to explain her that if you go to any store you always try before you buy. Looks like ne need to advance her sales techniques and bit of manner not to arguing with customer over product. Definitely complaining to head office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was just at this store. Walked around for 15 minutes no one would help me. I looked at there store rep, was about to ask her for help and she took her tray and asked the first person that walked in the door what they needed. After I put my hands in the air it caught the attention of another sales rep that asked if I needed help I said yes I wanted to get a necklace. She ripped open the bag handed me the necklace said all we have is a 42"?? I said can I order one she looked it up said it's better if you go to kingsway mall they have what you need??? Talk about bad customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the girl at the front entry was sure power tripping with her mask enforcement today. When we mentioned Banff didn’t have a problem with our mask exemption she said “well you can go back to Banff then.” Lol well we certainly will take our business to any other Pandora than this one. Unfortunate as I still have a few charms to purchase for my bracelet and 95% of them were previously purchased from here. Good job discriminating against your once loyal customers Pandora, Good job! P.s. the masks don’t do anything but restrict the oxygen you need for your brain to function properly.. obviously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my gosh!!! What an amazing store - there is a huge selection and a great group of staff. We were helped by Sarah and she was patient, knowledgeable, and is obviously great at what she does! This is the location I recommend and I will definitely be returning to.
