★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Wicked looking for stretchers for my boyfriend. Last time we went the girl working was so helpful and friendly! This time, we had to wait for 10 minutes until the girl working decided to help us, she hid from us for a while ducking behing the counter. She finally came over to help and was extremely not enthusiastic or friendly in any way. We were asking questions and she just shrugged them off or like walked away, I had to figure out the size he needed myself because she left. We ended up leaving and not buying any jewelry because she was miserable and not helpful. If you go there and a girl with black hair and blonde front pieces is working, I would suggest not even bothering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought some jewelry back in December 2021, the customer service was awesome, very friendly and answered my questions. However one of the earrings I got was for my Daith piercing and had about 21 little gems in it. A few of the gems fell out in the first couple of weeks. I thought it was disappointing but it was only a few so not very noticeable. It has now been 3 months of wearing the earring, and all 21 gems have fallen out (no idea how many have fallen into my ear). I went to this place because I wanted nice looking jewelry that was also good quality. I know things fall apart over time, but this one earring couldn't even make it a year without losing all of it's pieces. I had expected better quality for the price.
