★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing store, the selection and quality of items for the budding or professional artist alone is pretty impressive. Not to mention theybjave tons of other cool gift ideas for any occasion. And lastly, their staff are really kind and incredibly helpful, I had a woman named Amanda help me find literally everything on my list, and it was not the shortest list ? Needless to say, I will def be returning here in the future for more gift ideas and excellent customer service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop isn't as big as before, though it does hold a lot of creative supplies and little odd stuff like puzzles and game like products.
It's still worth a visit; do you need a brush, you can't find elsewhere or a medium and paint, clay... lots more that can be found here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here were AMAZING. I don't think I've had a better customer experience than at DeSerres.
I drove all the way to Edmonton because the art stores from my area are few and far between, and I thought that, since it was in West Ed I might not find any good deals or what not. But to my surprise, the pricing was actually really great! Not only that, but because I bought all of my supplies there, I ended up getting like 40$ store credit.
The staff helped me decipher my professor's cryptic materials list, and not only that, but upon seeing my injured arm, and the many many bags of supplies I had purchased, they walked me to my car!
The staff were all very knowledgeable about art, and all seemed to have their preferred mediums, which was neat.
Honestly probably the only art store I'm going to from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique art shop. Wanna try something new? Feel like easing in or challenging yourself? This store has what other art shops don't. Variety. Quality art products and supplies. Awesome knowledgeable staff. I have not been disappointed ever coming here. Have been here on several occasions. Great gift ideas come from Deserres. Even though it truly is a great place to shop im ranking 4 of 5 stars for price. You get what you pay for and you pay for quality items and material. Will definitely make several returns in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to buy stuff for your art, then do visit this place when you are in West Edmonton Mall, they do have some variety of different paints and sure you'll find what you looking for. You can also buy art work here mostly painting. I love visiting art stores for they bring in so much joy to me. It's located near the hudson's bay, so you know which gate to enter from.
