★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The framing folks are amazing in the back. Very knowledgeable and can build you custom frames, glass, backing and maps for your paintings. However, the prices are very steep ($$$). Framing 5 pictures was not cheap, with discounts it still is $500. Definitely worth it to buy custom, rather than store bought. I would give it 5 stars if I could, but the prices! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge selection of everything for crafting. The store is huge so you need lots of time to navigate. They have a huge selection of yarn at the back of the store. The middle section of the store is filled with fake flowers. They have updated their checkout to be one line instead of individual lines. Don't forget to bring your coupons to save more money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve only used this location twice for the Purolator service (once for shipping and another for pick up) and lost my package both times. The first time, I dropped a package off at this location and got an email notice a week later indicating it somehow made its way back here. When I went to pick it up, the staff couldn’t find it and didn’t know what happened to it. The second time, I had a package sent here for pick up, and despite the shipper giving me a notice it was ready for pickup, the staff couldn’t find the package. Based on my experience, I don’t have any confidence in the service here. Wouldn’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say average of 15 mins spent in store well I can get lost in it for hours. Hubby will drop me off then go to home Depot and that way I don't complain. I love this store, staff is awesome products are awesome especially if on sale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my pup into this Michael's location for some socializing and to pick out her very first Christmas tree ?, the staff where so friendly and helpful , well stocked shelves, super organized clean and spacious isles it wasn't crowded for a Sunday which was nice , we'll return to purchase the rest of our Christmas ornaments later, we'll done staff it was a pleasure shopping there ?

Whatever your art passion ? Michael's has your materials .
For me it was jewelry, decorating, and coloring .Went in with a focused list of needs found them all .Then went to the dis-count area and found some gift ? Idea's ? for family. Very enjoyable time.clean store.
