★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy at the photo copy desk staffed by bitter grouchy staff. Only one person seemed to know what they were doing so she was continually being interrupted.
Wanted to buy an ipad air but no one would help me. One staff looked my way but continued to straighten shelves. Noticable down turn in service since their rebranding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience here. Nishan went above and beyond to make sure everything I did today worked out. He was very kind, patient and helpful as well as knowledgeable!! I truly appreciate everything he did for me yesterday and highly recommend this store for anyone looking for office supplies or photos that need to be printed. They also take passport photos here which I had no idea! I also interacted with a few other employees that worked here and they were just as accommodating as Nishan. The best part about my experience was watching him teach and show the other employees who asked him how he did it so that they could help if someone else comes in and has the same problem I did. He is a person that truly deserves to be appreciated!!! Thank you Nishan for everything, you were wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave was fantastic; he went above and beyond during our recent visit. He carried my computer chair and chair mat to the checkout (after wrapping the mat up). He then carried the chair out to my car for. Stellar customer service; all while multi-tasking and having a pleasant conversation with us. Thanks Dave!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited over 30 minutes to pickup an online order. Online pickups are meant to be fast and convenient. There’s nothing convenient about standing there for half an hour to pickup something that’s already sitting on the counter. Staples’ brilliant idea is to make it so the online pickup is the same line as the people trying to design / print something from scratch. Four staff members and they only made it through like 3 customers in 30 minutes. Poor service. Gave a second star because the actual printed product was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave was extremely helpful; Went to buy an ergonomic chair for remote work and couldn't find the balance between comfort and budget chair. Dave saw that I really wanted to buy a chair today and offered a very reasonable price for top of the line ergonomic chair and only that, also offered delivery. Very satisfied by the service. Thanks Dave!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We want to commend Monika, Technical Service Representative at this location. We had an issue with our laptop and she went above and beyond to help us find a solution. She obviously cares about helping the customer. We would recommend shopping at this location because of her diligence.
Unfortunately the same can't be said about the Staples Canada Customer Service employees. We received nothing but conflicting answers from them and only through Monika's intervention were we able to get the answers we were looking for.
