Buying electronics can be taxing especially when there are so many options to pick from and all claim to be good. Many times I've been frustrated trying to pick out the best in the line. Kudos to Hesron, one of the reps at Best Buy Mayfield for helping me to pick out items that best suited my requirements. Hesron demonstrated great customer care and confidence in explaining my inquiries which made it easier for me to purchase.

I bought a laptop, was told that the warranty would be covered by the manufacturer by MULTIPLE people. Two weeks after buying, the trackpad stopped working. Asus told me to go through best buy. I tried to get support from best buy online, they told me it would be several hundred dollars for support... on a laptop that was 2 weeks old! It was clearly a driver issue, but for some reason I could get no support without driving over an hour to bring the stupid thing back. So, I took the laptop back, they suggested I get a new one. They assured me again that Asus would cover the warranty if something goes wrong. 5 days later, the laptop no longer charges. I try to get Asus support again, and they say, no you HAVE TO go through best buy. :: sigh :: Multiple people at the best buy store also told me I had 2 weeks to return the laptop, however online and via the chat/phone, everyone else says 30 days. So which is it? The best buy people at this location have no idea what they are talking about. They got more or less everything wrong, throughout this entire adventure. The entire experience was so horrible. Two laptops later, multiple hours of aggravation, and I still need to find a new laptop. Thanks best buy.

Vivek in the appliance department is amazing to deal with!!! This guy is very helpful and friendly! We think Best Buy is very lucky to have him work for them.

I went in looking for a laptop, my max was $350.00. I spent about an hour looking for the right one and deciding which one I really wanted. Finally, after I decided they didn't have it in stock, so I went to look for 2 others and they didn't have those ones either! Was a really wasted trip.

Best Buy seems to be trying to push themselves out of business within the next 5 years. Between lousy customer service in store to the fact you can't call the local store anymore...why would you choose Beat Buy? If you want to be ignored and offered no customer support there are a lot of other options out there.

Just bought a laptop from here and the woman who sold me this machine told me it has a back-lit keyboard, but it does not. I'm really frustrated as I just spent 5 hours setting it up and syncing my info etc to find out I was misinformed. I'm hoping I didn't waste my evening for nothing. Please best buy resolve this issue and I will change this review to a positive one. Thanks

Visited this location Apr 3, 2022 Location was clean and after looking online for product availability. Headed to store. Someone greeted at front door and that was pretty much it. Went around a few different departments. The store only had approximately 20 people in the store and about the same staff. However nobody seemed interested in helping me today. The staff worked in pairs and pretty much stood in group together on their electronic devices. This does not create a welcoming experience. Decided to call the store. Couldn’t get through to anyone in the store, however reached their Call Centre and when mentioning that I was in store and nobody was available to help and I wanted to talk to the store manager the person on the phone said they wouldn’t put me through as they don’t do that. If we didn’t have to wait for delivery from the competition who sold the same products at a better discounted price. This would have been the better option. As I cannot leave anything other then a 1/5 star review, this location is a 0/5 stars.
