I cashed out she did NOT ask if I wanted a bag, when I asked her she goes well you said no.. first off she did not ask if I wanted a bag and have the nerve to have n attitude about it. Next time ask if someone wants a bag and don't assume they don't nor put words into someones mouth.
A	Anil Bhatia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A most competent young dark skinned representstive helped me, also dark skinned.with a scanner/fax to send an important document.The service is self service but on a cold day and nervous,I an elderly retired but busy medical professional,could not by himself carry out that task by myself.Therfore, I highly recommend this Staples,which still carried out the virus protocols in place then but still offered an ESSENTIAL SERVICE,comparable to medical/paramedical servivce.Thanks!

I was with my daughter and the manager came and told us to get out because there is not more than 1 person allowed and then I showed him the sign which read three people allowed.

I brought an original painting for lamination and they messed up the laminate cut so they double laminated it which ruined the original painting. All these was done without asking me and gave me a terrible output with no emotion. On top of that, I asked them to scan the original copy and put it on a pen drive…. When I opened it to reprint (after they ruined the original), I see they scanned just the half of the painting….. so I can’t even print the original. I am just upset that they did double the lamination without asking and the simple scan was not even done properly.

They were extremely nice about it and did a few takes to make sure it didn’t get rejected. The lady was nice enough to give us the copies that printed with a discoloured background instead of throwing them away. Don’t waste time going all around Durham come to this staples.

It was very disturbing the way the manager of this store acts, not only with customers, but with his own associates as well(although the associates were very sweet and helpful). As a manager he showed no qualification for the title he entailed. He was loud and showed no form of professionalism or respect on the floor. He is an example of why stores like these close.

I always download maps before a big hike and this is the place to get high quality colour prints at a reasonable price. The machines are kind of slow - so bring your patience - but it's worth it.

This is what customer service is about. Thank you so very much for all the help. Will definitely be shopping at this store from now on. I will also be letting corporate know how amazing you all are!
