★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a family business with personal service of the highest standard. They don’t simply ‘sell’, they problem-solve. They helped me identify what I needed, and then provided me with a selection of choices far beyond their website’s collection.
I was stunned that the furniture was made of solid hardwood (no veneers and no IKEA style press-board) given the prices were very reasonable. In my case, the furniture was hand-manufactured in Canada using Canadian hardwood and the craftsmanship was superb (We Canadians do not give ourselves the credit we deserve for our world-beating furniture materials, design, and manufacturing).
Reside sources its furniture from Canada (and, I believe, the USA); the selection is broad enough to fit most tastes and budgets; and the standard (given it is hand-crafted hardwood) is meant to be generational.
If you are serious about furniture, Reside is important not simply for its personal advice and service, but for its sourcing and breadth of materials and styles, qualities you can’t get using the box stores or furniture chains. And, Reside does not leave you at the curb side. They delivered my furniture and set up everything, taking the packing materials away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to shop with great service and an excellent staff. I wanted to write to warn others to stay clear of the Dawsyn fabric sectional.
I shopped at Reside because they are NOT a box store and felt they offered a quality product for a fair price.
Unfortunately, the Dawsyn does not measure up. Within a couple of weeks of regular use the seat cushions started to break down and the back cushions are showing signs of fraying.
To offset this I had to resort to daily rotation and flipping of both cushions, which is a total pain to say the least.
I paid approximately $3100. for what in fact would be a $1800 piece at Leons or the Brick.
I have decided to take the loss and after having it cleaned will be listing it on FB Marketplace for sale and will be replacing it with something of better quality...Again this is not a judgement of Reside, but the product from one of their suppliers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a home and was in a bit of a time crunch to get it furnished. I went to a few different places but I had the best experience with Reside.
The selection for good quality furniture is great and they’re usually willing to negotiate floor models. I know what you’re saying, “a lot of places do that,” and you’re correct, there are. What sets them apart are the people that work there. My sales person, Richard, was absolutely fantastic. Very polite, accommodating, honest and willing to find what you need without trying to upsell you.
Their white glove delivery service is very well priced. I love the fact that I could actually speak to the person that was doing my delivery: Ethan. He took the time to view the layout of my place and confirmed the piece I was selecting.
All in all, you can spend your money anywhere… but peace of mind, and knowing you won’t have any hassles in the future, is priceless. If you want that, go to reside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally impressed with the level of service I received from Laurie at Reside Furnishings West Edmonton. I was in the market for a new kitchen table and had been shopping around for weeks at every furniture store. From the moment I walked into Reside Laurie was attentive but not pushy, helpful but not in your face. She patiently looked at the many kitchen photos on my cell to see the space and style, and genuinely cared about what would suit my home. I fell in love with a very unique wood table with wrought iron design around the corners and a saw cut surface. She sent me home with color and stain samples. Laurie has impeccable taste and a designers eye like no other!! I could see that this high standard of service was ingrained in every staff member I had the pleasure to meet at Reside. Thank you. I will be back for future pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a new condo and was looking for new living room furniture. Debbie greeted us (my niece and I) and let us browse while answering any questions we had. Debbie has a very approachable personality and is so wonderful to work with, (as is everyone I've worked with at Reside.) I had to take measurements and went back to purchase a few days later. Debbie has been fantastic throughout the entire process! She helped with colours for matching pillows and has always taken as much time as was needed. I knew the delivery was going to be a while, and was so happily surprised when Laurie called to let me know my sofa and chair had arrived much earlier than expected! While in the store to complete the process, I saw another piece to add to my space, a marble and glass bar/wine shelf. Ethan and Daniel delivered my furniture. They were fantastic! So friendly and professional. They wore their masks, were very clean and made sure to be very careful with everything, especially the marble and glass pieces.
I am so happy with my purchases, and the customer service is beyond excellent! I always try to stay local, and I will continue to shop at Reside. Thank you so much!

We came in not really knowing what type of sectional would work for our space, but David was so helpful in helping us customize the perfect piece. He was communicative with shipping and delivery updates. The gentlemen that delivered the furniture arrived on time (no waiting around for hours) and were sure we were satisfied with the piece before leaving. Great experience from start to finish!
