Extremely disappointed! I purchased a marble table less than 5 months ago and while moving it to vacuum a massive piece broke off. I take very good care of my things, don't have children and would take full accountability if this was caused by something other than something that this table should be able to hold up to. After contacting the store and speaking with the manager she had to take it to head office, I was not allowed to be involved in the discussion nor was I allowed to speak with anyone from head office to discuss the warranty - which is a year. I then received a phone call explaining that there is nothing they will do because it is classified as normal wear and tear (again, I've had the table for less than 5 months) and that marble is a soft stone. If it's this soft then there should be a warning that the item should not be moved or essentially do not put a thing on it. Its furniture theres a handful of things it should be able to sustain! I am so disappointed that there was absolutely nothing done and felt like i was being shrugged off. I got attitude from everyone I talked to. I will never be purchasing from here again nor will i be recommending. Please be mindful of your purchases and know if its damaged you will not be compensated.

Thank you Ava! We had a really bad experience with the online department and was treated poorly, luckily Ava handles our frustration professionally and makes things right. We will never hesitate to be a return customer at this location. Structube furniture's designs are great but the online store's service is a nigthmare. Lesson we learnt is order from store! Thank you Ava once again!

I've been in the market for awhile looking at new furniture and had recently received a flyer in the mail so decided to check it out , I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and competitive prices as well , I had selected several items for purchase and when the staff member checked online for availability it was between 3 and 5 months for delivery, very unfortunate so the shopping continues

Just left this location on Dec 23 at 4:50 pm looking for some items to finish a basement guest room. Store was empty except for the 6 employees (3 at each cash register). No one even looked up from their conversations, let alone offer to help. Disappointing experience.

Great prices and stylish products. Delivery is a bit slow for my tastes but otherwise a great furniture shopping experience. Excellent and knowledgeable sales staff.

I am extremely disappointed with the product and service I received at Structube. We bought a beautiful dining table and had our first meal on it for Mother's Day. After we ate and cleared off the table, we noticed that anywhere that small bits of food had fallen on the table and where my kids' hands were, there were stains. I emailed the Mayfield Common location with my order receipt, pictures and an explanation of what happened the next morning. A few days later, the manager from the store called me to tell me that they would not warranty this table because I should not have allowed food to touch the table. I explained that I felt that eating at the table with my family is normal use for a dining table and shouldn't damage it. I can completely understand if I scratched the table or put a burning hot pot on the table, but I didn't, it was small bits of food and my kids hands. She sent me the care instructions for table (after we had already bought it and had an issue, not before), where it did not have any information on it explaining that I should not allow any food items to touch the table or there would be significant damage. I went on to explain to the manager that when we purchased the table, I had my two small children with me. At no point did any of the staff members explain or caution us about having children touching the table for fear that their hands would leave prints on it and damaging it after one sitting. One of the reasons we came into the store to purchase this item, rather than order something online, was so that we could talk to the staff about the item and feel as though we were making a good decision. I am extremely disappointed with the store manager's response in helping us solve this problem, as well as the information she gave me afterwards. I asked her if there was someone else I could call for help and to discuss this issue and she gave me the phone number to the online orders, not to the service department. I felt as though I got the run around from the phone number she gave me because that person had to give me another number to call. I finally talked to the service department and all they did was email the store manager I had already spoken to and they declined the warranty again. I explained to the manager that I had gone to Structube because I felt that it was a reputable company and now I am feeling as though I have been taken advantage of. If they had told us when purchasing the table that it would stain, we would have sealed it ourselves before using it or chosen a different one from there. Unfortunately for us, we have a damaged table and left feeling like we should have just gone to IKEA for a better product and price. We will not be shopping here again and neither will our friends after seeing how poorly our table has stood up after one meal and how they treated the situation.

Had a wonderful experience with this location. The sales rep Ava was incredible! She has followed up throughout our orders from start to finish. Even when there was delays with transport she was there to provide peace of mind. We finished our entire home with Structure and the quality of furniture is there. The ease of communication with Ava has been professional and personable. I highly recommend dealing with this location and specifically Ava. I felt appreciated and the customer service was top notch in my books. A well deserved review.
