★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have gotten glasses here a few times. His last pair he got he took them in to be adjusted and they happened to crack while adjusting the arm. The glasses were close to 2 years old and they just send him to pick out another frame and sent it away for lenses free of charge. We had no idea some glasses have a 2 year warranty! So amazing!
I went and picked out glasses last week and they came in the following week. The staff were helpful and very professional and personable. I'm glad I went back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to share the greatest experience I had at the Mayfield Location.
Everything from booking my eye exam and how I was treated and she helped me to understand what was going on with my eyes because of the medication I was on. And the follow up tests that were performed I was truly impressed with the Dr.
The shopping for new glasses as I needed a new prescription was so easy the lady that helped me was patient and very helpful.
My new glasses arrived early and I had a appointment the next day to pick them up. She made sure they fit perfectly and took her time fitting them for me.
This is the best place for eye exams and shopping for glasses that I ever have had!
Best Customer Service! Great Job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service has always been top notch. Susan really did her best to help me to resolve the.problem I keep having with a defective frame. Courtious and professional she was really good. recognized the defect in my lense frame and det with it under warranty right away. Found a simular frame to put my lenses in temporarily until my replacement frames came in under warranty.

I wanted to be really happy with them, and she took so much time with me and gave me honest opinions about each pair- she even got a couple other staff to help give input. She was just so kind and I had such a pleasant experience selecting my glasses. She really listened to what I was looking for, and she ended up choosing the winning pair! Thank you Samantha!

Getting my prescription was a very difficult process this time due to so many changes to my eyes and other factors. It was literally a 3 month process! I was so impressed with the staff (especially Karly) for their patience and knowledge! This was not my first time at Optiks, I've always received great service but this time it was over the top! Thank you! I can see so much better and I LOVE both of my new glasses!! See you in 2 years to do this all over again! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO KARLY!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lost one of the screws on one side of my frame which caused my glasses to be tilted and very uncomfortable. I stopped by the Mayfield location because I work close to it. I did not but my glasses at optics international. Despite this, I was greeted and offered great service. A young lady fixed my frame within 5 minutes and to my surprise, at no cost. This is amazing service. I am sure to buy my next pair of glasses from this location.
