The atmosphere is not very welcoming purely from esthetic design point of view. The amalgam of products, the furniture or lack of, will give you the feeling that you've stepped into a warehouse. If I was not pressed by time I would have never entered the salon based on my first impression. Pros. The front desk staff is what will keep you in if it is your first visit. They are attentive, welcoming and I feel like their purpose is to make one forget about the ugly entrance and to put you at ease as the real treat is just around the corner. That is how I met the hair stylist Anthony. Since then I left behind the fancy spas/salon that I used to go to. Anthony will go above and beyond to ensure that my entire experience at the salon is exceeding my expectations. Professional, patient, and humble is how I would describe his service. And if you get the back massage then you are in for a real treat!

I happened to go the Mayfield location in Edmonton because I was looking to get hair color and getting an appointment sooner was important for me. Having not getting an appointment at my desired time in the Chatters I usually go to, I chose to go to the Mayfield location. Ebster provided me the service. I had a very good experience with him. He recommended the service accordingly to my hair texture, and he even gave a complementary head massage for which he gets a big THANK YOU from me. He is very skilled in his job and would be using his services quite often now.

I was in a panic and called around 12:00, and they got me in at 12:30! I’ve never been to this salon until today ( September 26/2021) and I’m very impressed, I believe I had Lauren has my stylist? And she made me super comfortable for my first trip to chatters! She had excellent conversations, told me everything she was doing. She did not disappoint! Thank you for the opportunity, I’ll be returning for future haircuts :)
B	Brittany Landry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not a confrontational person so I find it really hard to say something if something has gone terribly wrong but at least the other staff members could have not let me leave with my hair looking like it did. I left looking like I had just had a sword fight and then had grease dumped on me. It's like she just cut in random places and then dumped hair product in my hair. I couldn't even run my fingers through my hair . Luckily I was able to drive right home and wash it . It wasn't until my hair dried that I saw the full extent of damage that was done. I will upload a photo of what my hair looked like the morning before I went in and what it looked like after I paid someone 65 dollars for a "cut and style" and then the photos of after my hair dried from washing it . I won't be returning to have it fixed as I already see what they are capable of and what their staff will allow people to leave with. i will be getting it fixed somewhere else. I emailed and recommended better training on hair type and product training . The lady who cut my hair was nice but I didn't come for a forced awkward conversation I came for a decent hair cut .. I recommend doing your research and going to a small business that worked hard for their reputation not a chain.the photo where my hair is curled was before i went in, this is exactly what i walked in with,, the photo in the car was taken 5 minutes aftyer i left. and the other photo is after i washed it.

I was NOT disappointed!!!! He is an extraordinary hair magician! What I also liked about him was, while he was styling my hair, he was totally focussed and in him, I saw an Artist working on my hair. Thank you Antony! He is also very gentle and while I was sitting and waiting for the colour timing, he gave me a back massage and an amazing neck and head massage while washing my hair! Thank you Antony! Insha Allah I will go back to him for this wonderful hair styling experience. I also would like to mention that When I entered the Salimah n, I was greeted by Georgia with an amazing smile. She is very welcoming. Thank you Georgia!

This time I asked him to give me healthy hair. He blew my expectations out of the water and gave me a style that I will love as it continues to grow out, too !! Definitely love Anthony..he is amazing at his job !!!!!
