I went in on a Sunday, asked about their menu and was rudely told “well yeah it’s Sunday, of course everything is sold out”. Not everyone shops at this location weekly and is aware of the delivery days. Customer service is horrible every time. Will not go back again.
K	K G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Value Buds, just not this location. It's nice shop. Fast service if ordering online. As for the staff, they weren't friendly. No hellos. No smiles. I wanted to look for a new dab rig but I felt rushed as I was being stared at by 2 employees. I went to pay for my order and the employees seemed very annoyed, like they didn't want to be there. It probably wasn't me personally but it made me very uncomfortable and I probably won't return to this location. I frequent another Value Buds and the employees are super nice, always ask me how I am, they are very bubbly and make me feel good about what I'm buying. I thought it would be uniform for all locations but it's not. It seems like Mayfield location don't really want to deal with customers.

They had recommendations for me and knew what product they had off the top of their heads and didn’t need to look them up. I’ve gone to other places before where the employees haven’t tried any of the products, can’t make recommendations, aren’t knowledgeable about the product and spend a lot of time looking in binders to see what they have in stock. I had none of those issues here. I will be going again in the future.
