our family purchased a captains bed and Dean went out of his way to find us what we were looking for. When we came to pick up the item, it didn't fit our vehicle, Dean made special arrangements to have the bed delivered the same day.
We will certainly recommend the store and it's staff to our friends, and will make them our first stop for our next furniture needs.

Jade was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She also kept me up to date on what was going on.
When the delivery day came, everything went very smoothly. Sam and Anis were very efficient and professional. Everything showed up when promised.
So far, I am enjoying my new furniture; everything is very comfortable, and holding up nicely.
When the time comes to upgrade other home furnishings, I will be coming back here.

Sarah was willing to give us space and wasn't pushing or pressuring us to buy right away the first time we went it. Dean was very knowledgable and helpfull over the phone when we had questions. It is was very busy with customers when we went to pick up furniture but staff were still very prompt to help us. All the furniture we looked at the store you could tell was quailty made and we were told the majority of the furniture they sell is Made In Canada. Very impressed overall, plan on going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! To start with Sarah was amazing at the showroom. We had a bad experience with Ashely Furniture--we found the table and chairs we wanted but they screwed up the order, so we got a full refund. Sarah found the exact table and chairs for us and a better (slightly more expensive) that would actually fit our needs and our dinning room better. She looked at pictures of our dining room and suggested the brown wood table with beige/grey PU leather would be better than the grey one we choose. We confirmed the order and lined up delivery for 1 week later.
The delivery came yesterday (Oct 14), and we could'nt be happier. It looks amazing! Thanks Sarah for your attention to detail. The two delivery guys were awesome too. They showed up early, but discovered they had the wrong chairs (we needed the high chairs vs the regular chairs), They immediately when back to the warehouse to get the correct chairs and make everything right! They were respectful, helpful, courteous and solved a small issues of imbalance by adjusting the base.
Excellent service! Highly recommended. What a lovely experience. Total opposite of the dismal failure of our Ashley Furniture experience.
We will come and visit here again, and will recommend it to our friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into factory direct because their sign advertised custom furniture. I have a uniquely shaped small living area and I was looking to squeeze in a queen sofa bed and some storage.
Jade was very patient walking me through all the options and she pulled prices on different combinations, styles, and fabric grades more times than I could count. Jade was also accommodating and understanding when life situations meant I was not able to return fabric samples as quickly as intended. There was no pressure, Jade really just wanted to help solve my tricky situation.
I ended up ordering a custom sized queen sofa sleeper with storage ottoman. This will give me the most flexibility to rearrange the room in the future. Because of the money I saved I splurged on the premium microfibre fabric.
After sales care from Dean was also more than I expected. He answered some questions and provided solutions.
I look forward to updating this review once the furniture arrives. Unfortunately there is a long lead time on delivery. I do however understand the current pressures on supply chains and the store was up front about delivery expectations before the order was placed.
