★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been looking for free weights all over but everyone is over charging so when my physiotherapist recommended the Fitness Depo I was a bit skeptical. But what a surprise. Weights cost half of what other places were asking! And I ordered them on line and just picked them up at the warehouse. Very simple and convenient. No parking issues. Just be sure to go around to the back to enter. The front entrance is not used. Highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been constructing my home gym as of recently and Fitness Depot had everything I needed and the prices were fair. I checked their stock on their website and made a list of what I wanted to buy. The process of buying everything was super easy, and I paid for everything then and there and brought everything to my car. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Staff were also very kind and helpful, especially Jesse who rang everything in for me and helped me bring the equipment to my car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to grab some kettle bells, they were just unloading the ones we wanted and she went and found them in the pile for us. Wonderful customer service and seemed super knowledgeable. Prices seemed reasonable to us compared to a couple other places. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so disappointed in my experience with Fitness Depot. I purchased a treadmill last summer and while they said final sale, I wasn’t concerned as my parents loved their treadmill from fitness depot and it’s 20 years old. Immediately after getting it set up it started making a strange noise, so I had to go to their service department and it was fixed temporarily. I dealt with the service once more for a similar issue again but he said it’s just regulating speed. I was hopeful they might exchange and let me spend more on a better treadmill. When I spoke to a manager I was told that he doubts I could ever get an exchange and that he has only seen it done twice. Now 10 months later if lean or walk heavy on the left side of the treadmill it makes a high pitch crying noise. Not the end of the world but very disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good prices on equipment, sales on most of the essentials whenever I go in there. Good quality equipment, I bought my barbell and it actually had protective oil on it so that's good. All around a good shop and I would definitely check them out first because their prices are better than most other companies by a long shot
