My first time shopping I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member. we where in search of a quality raw dog food and she showed us complete k9 ltd raw dog food. based off the information she gave us we decided to make the switch. since then every experience as been terrible. every staff member has given us different information and told us we were wrong, after we where told differently. they are extremely unwelcoming and rude to deal with. honestly if I could buy this dog food anywhere ells I would. I will definitely be shopping around for a new raw dog food in hopes of better customer services.

Not "have a good day" or anything from the lady at the desk , it almost felt like I inconvenienced her making a purchase. Only place I buy my dog food, if next visit makes it 3 in a row poor attitudes and service I'll take my business else where. I was a business neighbor of this place for 11 years, the old owners were amazing. Not sure what's happened
EDIT: I have now found that Spruce Grove Feed gas the same k9 raw dog food and the service was amazing and price was identical.. the guys were super friendly . Before i had even paid it was loaded in my truck. At trident they will offer zero service to load a 50lb bag in your truck..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bare bones (lots of bare bones) great store with no frills, great prices and a lot of what your pooch needs. Excellent selection of toys and grooming tools. Also bones are around half the price of everywhere else. Staff were helpful and they have a ton of high quality shampoos and conditioners for your pet at affordable prices.
