This is the only place that I can get Pulsar dog food and thankfully it is only a 5 minute drive for me. My dog had a very specific diet before I got her and I decided that since she is a senior, I would just continue buying the same brand of food. It always seems to be the same younger girl whenever I go and she seems fairly nice, but very busy. I have only ever seen one other employee there. The girl had some great suggestions when my dog refused to eat after a major surgery, and my dog managed to keep most of it down. I'll keep going here not only because it's convenient for me, but also because it has more of a local feel, and less of a big box store vibe.

When we returned to the car, my partner went into starbucks so I gave the dog her bone. Within 5 minutes she had fractured two teeth. I’m now at the vet waiting for an assessment. Last thing I needed today...

Lauren (I hope I spelled that correctly) is so caring and her gentle demeanor puts my nervous pup at ease every time. I couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you again, Pet Planet, you guys are terrific in every way!

It was explained to me how they review all supplier and third party suppliers to ensure they provide quality pet food. The prices are decent so I will be going there for treats and food from now on. Service was great too!

The groomer (Lauren) did a fantastic job and was very gentle and kind with my scared pup. I can't speak highly enough about Pet Planet! I'm definitely going to be a returning customer. Oh, and they also have a terrific selection of pet food, toys, leashes, etc.!

Once I arrived the staff were very kind, and great with our dog. He was a little excited, but they were able to get his nails trimmed without issue. They also had a great selection of treats, even some locally made dog treats. If you want to keep Alberta strong, shopping at places like this is a great way to wield your economic power to that end. By shopping here you support AB employees, AB small business, and an AB-based franchise. We had a great experience here, and look forward to shopping here again in the future. Highly recommended.

I know quite a few people (and their dogs) who love this groomer. She must be great with other dogs. Not so good with my fearful puppy (or his owner).
