Need a Plumber Canada - Edmonton

Jason was a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. He thoroughly addressed the problem with my furnace and advised me what he had to do to repair it. He also gave me advice for the future life of my furnace in terms of regular maintenance. Very prompt for appointments Was also attentive to my 3 cats who attempted to help him. Good job, Jason. We had Jie come in to replace our water heater as it burst... he did an awesome job with replacement and cleanup. No issues with that. However, I left 3 phone calls and an email for someone to contact me regarding something in writing as to what was wrong with the water heater rather than the work done for a possible insurance claim for carpet replacement. Needless to say ... it has been over 2 months and I have had absolutely no response ... not a good way to ensure repeat customers!

Service was excellent. Problem got fixed right away. Jason was great at explaining the issue and options of fixing it. Also gave us some more options such as carbon monoxide detectors around the house, what to check on with the air conditioner. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Damaged drainage pipes while cleaning/snaking a friends house, then left them leaking for a week because they dont know how to open a wall. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

I have had many experiences with various service companies over the years as a rental property owner, and some of these were none too pleasant. When I saw this company online, I called hoping their company was as reputable as the young man in the ad appeared. Turns out, they were even better! The receptionist called to keep me updated about my appointment, the technician arrived in the window of time that they gave me, and he was able to address the problem promptly (and for less than I had expected). An overall great experience had, and I will keep them in mind next time that I require a plumber.

Never showed up. Called and booked an appointment, initially customer service was great. Was given a window of time where the plumber would be arriving 5-7pm. By 7:30 we hadn’t heard anything, so I tried calling to confirm someone was still coming, figuring they were just running late..Only to find they had stopped answering their phones and their mail box was full. Tried a couple of more times, but again, no one was answering. Reading other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue with this company, I would pay the extra $20 to book with another more reliable plumbing service. In fact I did.

Some tenants of mine called this plumber. While the plumber did, apparently, address the original work he also did unintended damage to the rental unit. He broke some tile and also ended up burning the carpet, breaking a tile, and placing a rather large cut in the drywall (see attached photos). When I spoke with a "manager" they didn't care about the damage their plumber had done. I cannot in good faith recommend this plumbing company, and would encourage others to avoid them based on my experience.

I was driving behind the truck of this company about a month ago and took a picture in the event we needed a plumber. So that day came yesterday and I booked an online appointment for today, July 10, 2017, at 1:00 pm. Prior to booking I did read some reviews that people would get calls saying the plumber was delayed due to an emergency. However, I did read several more positive reviews and so we decided to try them out. Well, let me tell you those people who waited forever were right! One o"clock came and went. At 1:30 pm we received that first dreaded delayed call. A couple of hours later yet another call, for a total of four calls. On the third call she advised me that the plumber was dealing with a gas leak issue. I asked her at the time (around 5:30 pm) if this plumber would still come out tonight. She said she will call to update us as soon as she knows. The last call came around 7:30 pm and the call centre woman said the plumber was going to be further delayed and she asked if he could come tomorrow? I said no! She said well he is willing to offer a 10% discount. I said REALLY??? On the website it says you can get 15%. I found the offer of 10% very insulting and that they wouldn't even just give the 15% off automatically because they inconvenienced a customer!! Not very good customer service on their part. She said okay I'll go ahead and cancel it Clearly I wasn't going to wait until tomorrow to go through this again and also I wasn't going to wait four days like that one review. I would have given them no stars but I had to choose one star in order to post this. I thought they worked 24 hours???? NO Overtime rates??? Is this false advertising??? Do they only have one plumber working??? See their posted advertising on their truck. Be very aware when you decide to call this company for service. It might be hit and miss. Mine was surely a miss!
