★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Karen Charland and I live in the same apartment building and a couple of months ago her dog attacked my dog. Since then she’s had a personal vendetta/hate against my dog(s). Some would say it’s a conflict of interest that she owns a dog store yet has so much hate for my little dog. Before she managed this location I used to buy both of my dogs different food and spend a lot of money. Now that I know the kind of malicious person that owns this store, I can no longer support it. I go to Pet Planet just off of Winterburn Road now. They offer the same products that are better priced plus way more. AND the owners/staff are warm and welcoming. I would suggest going to a pet store that actually cares about animals during and AFTER work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love bone and biscuit hamptons. It’s such a cute little store and the owners are extremely knowledgeable. I can go into the store with any question and the owners will take their time to explain things to me. Karen and Wendy are great and all the part- time staff are amazing as well. You won’t regret shopping here as their prices are comparable to the big name stores but you get personalized service. Support small businesses!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing but AMAZING experiences with this store. Karen and Wendy and the rest of the staff have been fantastic in helping me get everything I need for my three very high maintenance dogs. I can count on them to have the products I need, and always make me feel welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been attending this store for almost a year now for various dog food products we buy for my dogs. Their food prices are competitive and match other pet store pricing. This store is bright and clean! Although it is a smaller store, it is better supplied than most of the larger pet stores we visited. Even our dog likes to visit this store. The staff are absolutely amazing. Not only that they are friendly and welcoming, they are very knowledgeable, and always available to answer one more question we have. We learned so much from the staff at this store! We highly recommend it.

They remember his name, they have special treats behind the counter just for him because of his allergies! Just the best shopping experience for both of us. I couldnt recommend it any higher!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t believe that it’s taken this long for me to post a review about this most amazing store with the most amazing people working there! Wendy, Devon, Megan and Karen are the most caring people who have gotten me through rough times with both of my dogs, Gizzy and Chewy. Gizzy was diagnosed with Cancer in August 2020 so I became a frequent flier trying to find food and treats and other items to get her to eat and to stay comfortable and with me as long as she could. Unfortunately, I recently had to say goodbye to her (19 months past her prognosis) and these ladies were so supportive throughout it all. My pug, Chewy, also has had some medical issues and they have been so helpful in trying to find a food he likes while still keeping him healthy. He loves going for a car ride to go see whoever is working and he even has a job (sniffing out where other puppers have had accidents) and he gets paid in treats! He loves it. Thanks to you all for being so awesome! I highly recommend this place for so many reasons, PLUS you will be supporting local business owners.
