★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typically come for just the cold treats and have never been disappointed. Customer service is always friendly and never have to wait more then a minute or two once order is paid for either in drive thru or in the restaurant. I’ve been waiting almost 40 years for the butterscotch dipped cone to come back and it finally did…..hopefully it stays for good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered blizzards today both were way to packed with toppings and hardly any ice cream! I didn’t want a cup of chocolate bars but that’s what I got. Didn’t enjoy it at all. If you plan to get blizzards here I don’t know ask for more ice cream and less toppings I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor business practice. I'm a dog walker and like to treat my dogs to a pup cup treat when I can. Usually I get them from Starbucks while I'm getting my coffee. However, the Starbucks at that location was closed for renovation so I went to DQ to order Onion rings and 4 pup cups. Several days later, I looked at my bank account and was charged $19.36 for small onion rings and 4 pup cups. Pup cups cost $0.35!!!!!! So like..... WTFrick????!!!! TOTALLY NOT IMPRESSED!!! I should have been told that I was being charged for a regular cone or sundae or whatever!! If they have a limit on the number of pup cups allowed per order, I should have been told so, rather than the cashier saying yes to my order of 4 pup cups and charged for something else!! So flusterating when I get deceived and jipped!!!! ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a walk to get some ice cream. Got to this Dairy Queen and the doors are locked, I see cars going through the drive thru and the doors say it’s open until 10pm.
One of the workers let’s me in and gets penalized in front of me for opening the door. Apparently they were ‘too busy and understaffed’ to have the front doors open.
Not impressed, because managers should not yell at their young staff about this issue. If you had to lock the doors, put a temporary sign up or learn to manage better and think more critically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a magnificent institution of pure joy and unbridled beauty. The poor employees have to deal with me and my friends practically every other day after school and they are all very tolerant and kind. We come here constantly and buy the most scrumptious fries to share. I have never tasted fries as delectable and exquisite. Every menu item I have tasted has been heavenly and taken me to another plane of living. This establishment is a place we have come to know and love is an important pillar of the Hampton market AND our lives. Every single worker here deserves a raise for their excellent customer service and attention to detail with orders. The angels in heaven would surely give up their wings for a chance to visit this Dairy Queen. If I could give this place more than five stars, I undoubtedly would.
