★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location in particular is really quick! Their dining room hours are a bit short, but that's due to lack of staff. I imagine once that's resolved, they'll be open later like they used to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location for the first time today. Food was warm. Fries were soggy and droopy. Chicken burgers were just ok. Not very hot and not put together well. Ordered a lemonade but it was 80% ice 20% lemonade and with the cost of lemonade I find this ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone is always huddled up at the front socializing. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get a JBC when I was the only customer in the store (no one in drive thru either) and there’s at least 5 workers behind the counter.
I only go here because I work nearby but every single time I’ve gone here on my break or before work everyone is socializing at the front counter and chatting. No one tends to the front. It took 10 minutes this morning just for someone to notice that I was at the front and had finished ordering at the kiosk.
As someone who experienced working in fast food when I was younger… the behaviour of the workers is astonishing. What happened to having a set goal of needing to get customers served within a timeframe? They have no problem allowing the line ups to get out the door before someone assists. And just continue to socialize with one another instead of making or serving food.
You WORK at Wendy’s.. it’s your JOB. You aren’t there to have a play date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1 star is for the senior infront of me. They know it's busy but they dont mind the people lining up at the cashier. The lady senior even tried to call their attention. Only 1 person checking the counter but the others are just laughing at the back...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food tasted really good. Slight error in what I received but it was fixed right away (ordered spicey chicken got crispy). Staff that I spoke to were all friendly. I would go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t ever write negative reviews but unfortunately this is necessary as it’s a public safety concern.
My child ate from this establishment and got food poisoning - I noticed that their restrooms smelled of sewage. This place should not be open for business without sorting their issue with the restrooms smelling of sewage. It has got to be unsafe to operate a kitchen when you’re having sewage problems. I tried reporting this directly but the people answering the phone could barely speak English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this location if you are ordering for delivery. The staff clearly do not check that the orders are put together correctly. Instead of making sure that each combo that is ordered is put together in a bag, they just put each piece of the entire order into bags with no rhyme or reason, and not confirm that everything is in fact there. This is the SIXTH time that I've had missing items from my order when I've ordered from this location, and its an easy fix if they trained the staff to do their jobs properly and take the 30 seconds to confirm each order is correctly filled which they would be able to see if they filled each takeout bag by the set combo ordered.
