Ordered the same pizzas in Calgary for 3 years and they all had at least double (if not more) of the stuff on the pizzas we just opened. A huge rip off for almost $60 in total. I understand it’s COVID season but these thin skimpy pizzas suck.

Worst pizza I've had!!! I used to brag about Papa John pizza.....but No More! Made me sick. Waste of money as this will be thrown out!!

Ordered in advance and showed up to pick up at the pick up time at the Winterburn Edmonton location and and still waited 20 min with no apologies from the woman at the counter . While waiting the female employee (either Manager or Owner behind the counter) screamed at another employee for being late in front of customers and other employees and continued on for over 5 min. How unprofessional! Won’t be back! Boarder line harassment and abuse towards their employees and made me very uncomfortable! She was also rude to the Skip the Dishes Delivery Drivers! Wow! Don’t know who she thinks she is ? Shocked she has anyone willing to work for her and the pizza isn’t that great either !

Plus let’s not forget the wonderful customer service where they’ll argue with you that they can’t send your order well done or else it’ll burn. Don’t bother asking for a refund because there’s no manager capable of doing that.
