★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried to order a veggie korma with half of the pizza daiya cheese and the other half with just regular cheese. They tried to charge us extra for the substitution. They did not understand and they did not want to listen tonight. I am now in the st albert panago, i ordered the same pizza and i was not charged extra for daiya cheese. I even checked with the staff in st albert if there is an additional charge for the daiya cheese and they said no. I love panago and i just want to write this review so that this location can improve. The staff were not friendly and they could use some additional training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is the point of issuing coupons that the store refuses to honour because I requested no olives on the garden veggie pizza. Ridiculous! Also please stop using those slimy can mushrooms on your pizzas it throws off the taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE your pizza it’s my FAVOURITE! The plant based beyond crumble with bbq sauce and corn and all your Bougie toppings are the bestttttt combo in my mouth. Thank you for carrying gardein chicken. I’d love if you could get vegan dips that’d be a dream come true. Nom nom nom if I could I’d eat your pizza ALL DAY SON.

I've been here around ten times.
Same as any other Panago, really. But staff is quick to acknowledge your existence, and take your order or give you your food.
Never had a bad order here. Everything has been prepared by the book, and on time.
I was a Panago employee a decade ago, so I know some of the tricks they can play. They haven't played any of those tricks so far. Good for them.
One critique, is that the employees can barely handle an order in-person. If you have a unique make-your-own pizza, either phone it in, or do it online. The employees aren't really trained for this in-store. They struggle with basic orders. Also, if you're using the save-on-foods points thing, you'll have to remind them half the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok I have tried on several occasions to be calm and collected and give the benefit of the doubt BUT!!! In the last 6 months no idea if it is new management or what but HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!! Every single order has been messed up. Whether walk in or delivery. There are always items missing and when I call to voice concern always asked "do you want the missing item?" Well yeah I would really like to get what I paid for I mean it implies that it is supposed to be there considering I carefully ordered and paid for it. So if you can folks do not go to this one...try order from another location. Oh and there is never a response to any concerns or complaints...just like the staff are terrible this evening, never listen to our concern..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I docked one star because I ordered a repeat of my last order... but got a different pizza altogether ?
However... when I contacted customer care, they made it right! They got me the right pizza? within 15 minutes delivered to my doorstep! (Their great customer service is why they got rated 4 stars)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer to Webber Greens branch, the cashiers have poor listening skills. I have to repeat my order 10 times for the cashiers to get my order right. Where is their product knowledge? Its like they stop listening when they see me. I have never experienced something like this anywhere in Alberta. This is a torture.
On top of that, they can't even cut pizza. Our pizza slices always comes in different sizes. Some slices are too small and some too big. Serious training is needed.
