★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet is too slow.I have 4 kids in online class and always send thier projects a day after the deadline due to poor and very slow internet .Is there anyway you can improve this.We been living here for almost 5 years.Everything is good except that our new 2 years old car had been scratch by our parking lot careless nieghbor.Maybe it would be better if there is a sign in betweens to please be considerate for others property,be extra careful when opening thier car doors when letting in thier pets.

My little one and I love our neighbors and mostly our property manager Leona , and all of the maintenance people - we know everyone :) Leona has gone above and beyond for us and words can't explain how thankful we are . I'm an HR professional and I have met many people - employees and very rare I have found someone so dedicated as Leona, just impressive. The buildings are well maintained and quiet even tho many young people live here. Our neighbors are amazing, always around to help out if you need anything. I highly recommend this rental property. Leona, thank you for everything !! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living here since these apartments have been here. Wonderful management team! I love my home, good price for the space. As much as I do love it, there are things I don’t like. My dislikes are no underground parking, small balcony (which I feel I can never utilize because of the loud traffic, was quiet when I first moved in but all the trees were mowed down to make a new road) no storage options, dark cabinets (I like the light colour finishes), also wish there was tile all the way to the ceiling in the bathrooms, I have a lot of water damage in my shower because of the tile not going all the way up. Wallpaper should never be in a shower.. oh and no light in my freezer for those midnight snacks lol. Other than that, love the L shaped kitchen and large living/dining space and big laundry room. It is also very quiet, only neighbours I hear are the ones across the hall from me who can be loud at times. Only wish it had those extra things I’m missing. I have looked at other similar properties but none are able to offer the value of what I have now (they are all more money for a lot less space). Overall, I would recommend living here for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like people STOMPING above you DAY and NIGHT, driving you crazy, keeping your kids from going to sleep, making living here literally TERRIBLE, then this is the place for you. Two weeks in and we already want out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very positive experience while staying in this flat. It was beautiful and in a great location. The corridor and common spaces are always clean. Other tenants are mostly friendly. Denise (our Site Manager) is always extremely responsive, she was one of the very first people to welcome us in Canada and her friendliness and flexibility will always be remembered :). We are moving out to a bigger space for my kids to play indoors and outdoors- or else we would've stayed. Thanks to everyone in Broadstreet for making this a positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disgusted that this company praises itself as a great place to live as well I had someone else suite back up and damage a new carpet and stuff under the sink and they want me to use my insurance. Nope BIG WARNING Also have contacted Customer care as well. Next step pictures and videos to the news.
