We currently have available fully-furnished, kitchenette, studio suites for one occupant available. Our working class apartment community apartment complex offers six month and one year lease. In addition, seasonally, and in lmited supply, we also can provide month to month, weekly, and pet friendly designated suite accomodations. Starting at $899/month all in with GST including all utilities, shaw cable flat screen, individual high speed internet, and parking for one occupant. Refundable security deposit half the monthly rent. $200 surcharge for two occupants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For someone looking to have temporary accommodations in Edmonton, this is a turnkey place with good parking and very easy access to Henday, Yellowhead, Whitemud, etc.
Super easy.
For longer term stays, the area is really quiet and the other residents are also super quiet & respectful.
Never had any issues or hassles. Stayed there ten months and it was a good experience.
The staff were always very friendly, helpful & kind.
Minor drawbacks: the water pressure would get low during peak times.
Otherwise like I said, good experience there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with Maria and family for 3 month they treat you like family. Maria reminded me of my aunt, always willing to help. The area is very quiet and no drama. Great place to stay in the west end of the city. Lots of business’s located new near by. Very easy to access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay! Extremely quiet, great for a single guy. Great for working in the city, temporary lodging close to Spruce Grove and Devon, well kept and maintained. The water pressure can be low at times but that was the only issue after staying for a full year. Maria and company are great. If Ya pay your rent on time and be a respectful tenant you can have a nice stay here.
