T	Tammy-lee Hertay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing this letter in appreciation for Trina. I have lived in my apartment here in Secord Landing for almost one year. From the day I met Trina till now, she has been a perfect example of a property manager. She is always there for you any time of day with the most positive and lovely attitude. I have lived other apartments with many different landlords. Never have i had one as extraordinary as Trina. She is never too busy and she makes even the smallest problems a priority. Not only does Trina care for her tenants but the owners and the building as well. She is constantly making our building safer and pleasant every day/week/month. She respects all of us the same and allows us to feel like a community. Because of the wonderful people Trina chooses to rent to, I can say many of the other tenants have become friends. City Vibe Development is lucky to have her would be an understatement. She is hardworking, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable ~ She is truly one of a kind! Thanks for all you do Trina, it’s so appreciated Tammy

S	Shryl Tilitile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The unit it self was nice and so is the location however during the duration of our 2 yr lease between both the buildings, we experienced over 5+ false fire alarms and was given so many reasons as to why they were going off. One night we had to evacuate twice because of this. We also saw a delay in clearing the ground parkade of snow and often had to walk in icy conditions. It was extremely dangerous as the parkade lights were not operational during that time. They also removed the garbage bins in the common areas because apparently people were throwing everyday household garbage when the truth is the garbage were filled with doggy bags (advertised as a pet friendly apt) and was rarely emptied by the company. Elevators were also a problem a few weeks ago due to yet another multitude of reasons. From rude, passive aggressive and unprofessional emails from the property managers to underground parkade breakins (strange because they advertise for 24/7 security however we only saw guards walk around during the first few weeks we moved in and never again after) I could go on. Some of the leasing agents are wonderful and it’s unfortunate that they have a less than ideal bulding to work with. Would not rent with this company again.

T	Taylor Roth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t recommend renting here. There are so many different people on the management team with little to no communication. Fire alarms are constantly going off. Some of the people on the management team are super rude. And you most likely won’t get your damage deposit back, even if you hire cleaners.

We're shocked that this management hired staff with only bar server work experience. Our family won't be renting from here, because we don't want to see unprofessional apartment managers walking around everyday.

I am looking for an apartment to rent in the future and i am looking at secord landing for my choice. But when i went to deliver stuff for my job in 635. The black big lady sitting in the Leasing office is very rude !! She is not Friendly! Not approachable ! I knock to ask questions but she said i have no appointment today ! . I knock again because one of the resident told me to speak to the leasing office or landlord but she is very rude and slam the door in front of me ! She is uncivil ! Unmannerly ! The Big Boss should give her a lesson or speak to her. Her attitude is not acceptable!. Even if i am not a resident she should treat me with respect. Telling me she's busy and slamming the door in front of me is very bad !. The costumer service she is providing is negative from zero ! .i am not going to Secord landing anymore because of that lady! .
