★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living here for 3 and half years so far. The ppl at the renters office have been friendly and helpful since I moved in. They dress up and go see the kids at Halloween and have christmas things as well. Pretty quiet neighborhood.
We will be here for another 3 and half years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough about my dealings and association with this property. Broadmoor is a clean well respected apartment complex with polite and friendly staff. Run by a great property management company - Weidner. I would highly recomment this complex to anyone single or with a family that is looking for a peaceful and safe neighbourhood to live in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management at the moment is GREAT! I have lived in this place for almost 4 years until last month. This place has seen several building managers come and go. Most of them inefficient. However, the current manager Rachana is excellent. She is very professional and prompt. The unit I received was very old and required a lot of fixing. Rachana was always responsive and ensured that someone from maintenance came to fix things whenever I had an issue. The turn around time was excellent and she always spoke truthfully about the availability of resources. I am unsure about the condition of the other units since I have seen a lot of neighbours move in and move out. But as long as Rachana is there, she will ensure everything gets fixed. I would give 5 stars but I did have a rough time with the previous managers. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable 2 bedroom with in-suite laundry with close proximity to the WEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living at this apartment for the past 2 years. It's a great family neighbourhood and quiet place to live. The office girl is so friendly and reliable. She is always reachable and acts promptly on resident's issues. She took care of my issues right away. The property looks really clean and well maintained also. I highly recommend people this place. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love living here at broodmoor, my suite looks great. And most of my neighbors are pretty awesome. I like the sense of community that I have found so far. And I look forward to getting to know my neighbors even better. My landlord is AWESOME. She is such a sweetheart. She is receptive to all issues that you bring to her, and she does her best to do her job to her fullest..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was happy with my home, and I thought the resident manager was supportive and understanding, but after my lease ran out and I needed more time, not so. I received an eviction notice and charged for a month that i did not agree on, with bad comments for things that were there when I moved in. Signed off on it without me, Not professional at all.

When asked about basement being finished, no answer
No locks on windows
No answers on the phone from direct landlord

Vents and drywall literally coming out of the wall that was never dealt with over three years.
Not worth the head ache
