★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called this company to look at my moms older fridge. When we booked the appointment we gave the person on the phone the make and model of the fridge.
Their tech came over walked in the kitchen saw the fridge -ice maker was broken- and said it was just old. “You can try to unplug it for a day and try again”. That was it, he was here 5 minutes and charged $75. I mentioned our oven making noise ( we know it is the timer, we are the ones that accidentally set it off) and before I could finish my sentence, he interrupted me and said “ it’s old”. These appliances were very high quality many years ago, and yes, they ARE old. But they work, and work well.
His condescending tone and unwillingness to listen to me explain something was not good customer service at all.
We gave them the make and model on the phone when booking the appointment. If it is too old to fix, they shouldn’t have come.
When we went back to look at the website, to lodge a complaint, it was blocked by the owner. Go figure.
