Luckily I found “Dial An Applianceman” and they were able to fix my appliance within one day. I'm so happy with the service I received and the price was affordable. It was definitely worth the money!

After being stood up twice by a different company I called this one and they were able to accommodate my same day service request. The tech was on time, knowledgeable and very friendly. I actually just finished booking this same company for another job on another property. Highly recommend!

I found Dial An Applianceman on the web and decided to give them a call. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in a short amount of time. The price was reasonable and I have already recommended them to my family and friends. I will definitely be using them again.

I called Dial and Applianceman to come and fix my oven at my rental. Post service they did not update me on what the problem was/options for fixing. I called the following day to inquire what happened at the service call. The lady on the phone looked up the issue and told me, she also said she would get back to me in regards to how much parts would cost. I didn’t receive a call back at all. But I had assumed they were finding these parts to fix the oven. The following day my renters had updated me as they had called to inquire.. My renters told me the part was unavailable. Dial an applianceman did not follow up, so again I contacted them. When I said I thought it was odd they didn’t call me about the service needed, they said they did. Which was lie.
I spent a lot of time calling around for a part they said was discontinued. I also had to get a family member to remove the part from the oven so I could find a new part myself. My family member found a part and installed it and fixed the oven.
I asked for the oven to be fixed and they did not do this. But the worst part was the communication. Take your money elsewhere!

I was afraid I was going to have to replace my oven so I started searching online to see if there were any appliance repair companies I could call. I Dial An Applianceman one nearby and got it fixed quickly. The repairman was punctual and friendly and the price was reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a repair man.

The technician arrived on time and was very helpful. He completed the service on time at a very reasonable price. Also, he provided me with helpful tips regarding the upkeep of my appliance, which I appreciated most. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this company zero stars if I could. My parents called dial an Applianceman for their refrigerator. Tech showed up an hour late. Spent 3 minutes and said the fridge is not worth repairing. Collected $100 and left.
This company is sleazy! Looks like they just go around collecting service calls. Makes me wonder if they even have qualified techs.
I ended up calling another repair company on behalf of my parents. The tech showed up and fixed the issue all under $80!! The fridge is running perfectly fine!
Do not use this company. Save yourself the headache and hard earned money!
