My partner and I recently went in there to purchase appliances for a whole, newly built house & were treated with no respect. Our builder gave us a $4500 credit to use at Trail, and when we were there "magic" was our sales rep. The credit was not all we were looking to spend but when my partner ask about a top of the line fridge, "magic" told us it was out of our budget. Wouldn't put together a package so we could price everything out, as well as basically told us we were wasting our time and weren't going to receive any appliances since everything was back ordered, and left it at that. We are 20 & 21 so I understand were small fish in a big sea and probably not going to make him a lot of money but he was so rude. Ended up going to the South end location & had a phenomenal experience. Lana helped us out from beginning to end, put together 3 different packages so we could compare, and we walked away having spent ~ $13,000 in appliances that WILL ARRIVE just as we need them. Just because we were young & didn't have a lot of money to spend "magic" didn't give us the time off day.

We were taken care of by Magic, one of the sales reps. He walked us through all of the ranges, and we found exact what we were looking for. Magic was able to put a package together for us with a matching range hood and an optional highback trim piece. He was then able to expedite a rush shipment for us. The team at Trail Appliances excelled with delivery as well. Everything went off without a hitch. We are very satisfied with the products and the service we received. We would not hesitate to go back to Trail Appliances and work with Magic for our next appliance purchase.

Delivery date was established. Trail called with delivery times and the appliance arrived and was set in place within minutes. Deliver guys were very personable and efficient. Great experience.

Helped us pick a new washer and dryer, took the time to show different brands and models, explained all the options and new features available. Scheduled a delivery date and they delivered exactly on schedule. Installed the new ones perfectly and took the old ones away, no mess at all. ?

Delivery was smooth and the two employees were professional, and did a great job protecting the house when bringing in appliances. The install was also handled well and quick. Can’t recommend a better place for appliances for your home. This is our second time with Trail and we have been impressed with them. Highly recommend

It seemed an arduous task to research and compare models, makes, prices, and delivery options and perks at multiple stores. Trail Appliances offers competitive pricing on the wide array of appliances it carries. We know this because Trail Appliances quickly became our store of choice for all our major appliances. Our salesman, Tim Garritty, was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was particularly cognizant of our energy efficiency mindset and took the time to offer great advice on particular models we should consider . He gave us excellent deals on all our new appliances , organized delivery, haul away and hook ups. We were confident in our final choices, pleased with the prices and discounts, and very satisfied with the logistics of delivery, haul away and hook ups. Our special thanks go to Trails outstanding delivery team! Josh and his colleagues willingly moved heavy furniture and took great care with walls and floors when manipulating appliances through doorways and stairwells. Your expertise is very much appreciated! To Alvin, the Manager, thank you for so quickly resolving the one difficulty we encountered because the fridge we originally ordered was too big! You ensured we received the better sized refrigerator the very next morning and we are grateful for that! My husband and I highly recommend Trail Appliances, West Edmonton based on our personal experience.
