Worst service ever - stay away. They raise their voice at you when you don’t understand their broken English. We were very polite the entire time and continuously got nearly yelled at. Watch another customer get abused before me. Ridiculous.

It was worst service ever. Dr. Patil examined me for new prescription - I planned to buy new pair of glasses and wanted to make sure I get with the right prescription. After he did his exam, he put those medical glasses with my supposedly new prescription and said this is how your new glasses will feel. But I saw worse than with my 2 year old prescription! I told him so. And he seemed to get annoyed and suggested "then use your old prescription". WTF? I paid $85 for what?

Staffs are unprofessional, don't treat customers with respect. There are not a great varieties of products you can choose from. Most importantly how staffs interact with you make you feel uncomfortable and unappreciated

I'm disappointed. Not with the service or anything Costco specifically did through this process - I went to my own optometrist and got a good prescription so that's not an issue. What I was disappointed with was just how bad the field of vision was with their progressive lenses! I have a lot of experience with progressive glasses (I'm over 50) and I just had cataract surgery that corrected my vision to 20/20 (actually a bit better). However, now I have issues close up - as most people do at my age. I was excited to actually try prescription glasses now that my prescription was extremely mild compared to my old, very strong prescription (just under a -8.00). I always had progressive lenses and always had problems with the field of view and I was told it's because I'm going from an extremely strong prescription to an average +2.50 prescription and the lenses just can't do well with that range. So now I'm going from 0 to +2.50...I figured these would be great. But they are WORSE than my old progressives I got from Costco with a -8.00 prescription! I bought some progressive reading glasses from Amazon for $35 and they work significantly better than these $200 computer glasses I had made for me. Yes, the coatings are better on these and they are much more resistant to scratching, but I can't even see the width of a 27" monitor that I sit 2.5' away from...it's blurry on both sides - I have to turn my head to see everything. They will always tell you "it takes a while to get used to them". That doesn't mean you see better after you get used to them - it means you have to get used to not seeing very well...and you will over time, sadly. I'm just very disappointed that I spent almost $600 (got 2 pair) and my $35 readers work better! Disappointed.
