We had a steel raling installed in our home. Even though it was more expensive than we had expected, we were delighted with the final result. The consultant (Justin) was very thorough and attentive to our questions. The installer (Darryl) showed expertise and skill during the installation. Both, Justin and Darryl were very polite, neat and considerate of our home and time. We highly recommend them

My wife and I are currently renovating our home. I chose to replace some existing stair rails plus hand-rail and hired Specialized Stair & Rail to install a custom setup made of American Walnut in our home. We had checked the competition and were greatly disappointed with their lack of knowledge both about their product as well as the different species of wood. They also lost our original quote which didn't help in the trust department. Our experience at Specialized was a polar opposite.... We were greeted immediately after entering the store and the fellow we spoke to (Rob Bernardo) showed us everything they had to offer and also showed the various options available to us. He had excellent knowledge of the wood species as well as options/upgrades that would give our railings that extra "pop"! He also showed us the warehouse with the equipment they used onsite to build the railings etc.... We were immediately impressed and chose to use them for our purchase and install. Rob also remained in contact with us throughout the entire process... he even emailed photo's of the progress they had made once the parts were milled. The install was equally as smooth. The installer did a phenomenal job and we could not be happier. I'm not sure if anyone in management will read this but if they do... you have some very good people working for you. I know how difficult it is to find good, knowledgeable staff and I want you to know you have some very good folks in your establishment. From first visit to final install... your business has been the most professional, knowledgeable and eager for the business of any we have used for this reno thus far. Kudos to you and thanks for the excellent railings! I'll post pics (if allowed) of the finished project once the paint and flooring is finished! I 100% recommend this company to anyone!

Great service, we highly recommend this company. Quality is fantastic and workmanship is impeccable. We were walked through all the options available and quotes were provided for our consideration. We settled on a beautiful staircase that is a focal point in our home now. It was great working with Rob and the others at Specialized Stair and Rail, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and talented.

Building a new home is as stressful as it gets, many decisions to make and all in a timely manner. Rob Bernardo made the process as easy as possible. From design to install he helped us every step of the way. He was a pleasure to work with and was extremely knowledgeable. If we build again I will definitely use Rob and specialized again.

I recently had a hickory bannister installed by specialize stair and rail. Sebastian did an excellent job of the installation. We are very pleased with the product and how it turned out. I highly recommend this company for a railing installation.
