They enjoyed the entire vibe, it was warm and neat and welcoming. It was their first time and they plan to go there for all their check-ups moving forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend the Ajax family Eye care. Dr. Patel and Dr. Gupta and highly qualified eye doctors. They try to understand the root cause of patients problem first and then suggest and appropriate treatment. Dr. Patel checked my eyesight and handled all my questions related to my vision. Dr. Gupta has consistently helped me with eye related issues even over phone. They both have very good knowledge. They are 100% trustable. The eye exercises, treatment and medicine they suggested helped me a lot. I am very happy with my entire experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently went in for a family check up and Dr. Patel was amazing with our little ones. Our girls are normally very scared and anxious around health care workers but he was able to put them at ease and do all the exercises necessary. He was very patient and also answered all our questions thoroughly. We were impressed by his knowledge and that he helped us understand all our options. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been going to Ajax Family Eye Care for several years and we have always had a really great experience. More recently, my son had some concerning visual issues and Dr. Patel saw him right away and was not only extremely knowledgeable, but explained everything to us so clearly and laid out a clear plan and follow-up. In healthcare I often feel like I have to ask a million questions to understand what the concerns are and figure out what to do next. In this case, it was nice to have it all so clearly explained to me. It's so nice having an optometrist I can trust and really rely on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Ajax Family Eye Care for my 8 year old daughter because of the good reviews. They are clean and friendly however I do not recommend them for children. This was my daughters first optometrist appointment. She met with Dr. Tieu, who appeared to be very nice. But when she diagnosed my daughter with near-signtedness her poor bedside manner appeared. She disclosed all these potential negative issues that could arise (including changes to her brain), in front of a 8 year old child. None of these which are guaranteed because a child that age experiences vast development in their eyes. She then tried to sell us lenses for $560. My daughter hearing all this had a minor panic attack and had to sit down. This has never happened to her prior to this experience. So parents who have children, and need an optometrist. Do not take you child here.
UPDATE: store owner called and apologized. She was very kind and understanding. And attempted to help with my daughters care. Unfortunately my daughter is too nervous to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would highly recommend the Ajax Family Eye Care. Dr. Patel is absolutely the best eye dr I have ever seen. He is an amazing listener and get things done. The front office ladies are outstanding and every time we go there we are treated with dignity and respect. I have never written a review ever but this team of professions is most deserving for sure. Thank you so much Ajax Family Eye Care we are grateful for all that you do.
