I had a few issues with the old carrier that Quinn worked out on my behalf. he actually phoned the provider twice for me and had the changes made. i appreciated his service and professionalism. I actually phoned him a couple days later with an issue that he had the provider take care of, then called me back to say problem resolved! It saved another trip, that was awesome> Thank you Quinn

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go to a generic Roger's store. You'll get a better deal at a Costco with way less hassles then the fruit loops at the store. Steph and Mubarak are helpful and very patient and got the best deal. My cell family cell phone bill went down with new phones and new data plans. Good job!!

He was always very professional, explained things clearly and made sure I understood everything. Really friendly person, and definitely recommend anyone looking for a good phone plan to go see him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the kiosk at Costco can take some time, they have a queue you can add yourself to, walk around, do your shopping. Steven helped me more than once, upgrading my phone, switching phone companies etc. It was AWESOME! I'm paying less and have a top of the line phone. Highly recommend!
