★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in the get a new SIM card for my new phone. Found out there was some error with my 911 fee. Employee had to call the call centre. Employee and call centre employee had communication troubles with what was being fixed on my account and seemed to be bickering at each other. 25 min later the issue was sort of resolved (making a file/claim) was told I won’t be able to make 911 calls until issue is resolved… Employee was nice enough to wave the 10$ SIM card balance. But what should have been a 5 min store visit turned into me standing there awkwardly for 30 min just wanting to get my sim card and go.
