This is my go-to for electronics advice and repair. I am not a complete Luddite, but I can’t fix my own iPhone after watching a YouTube video. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and willing to take the time to explain the parts, procedures and costs required to fix your electronic devices. Once, I purchased a defective adaptor, but lost the receipt. It was replaced immediately with no questions or hassles. After recommending them to my sister, Future-Tech is now her go-to for all things electronic.

These guys are great! First I went to this store to get a screen repair for an iPad and a screen protector for the same. Fast and efficient service with great pricing. After a couple of more visits for various other minor services, I wanted them to swap a BIOS chip from a new PCB to a damaged PCB (hard drive). They did an excellent job which enabled me to recover most of the data from the damaged hard drive. That was exceptional work. Thank you Future-tech. Keep up the good work!!

Took my phone here to get my cracked screen replaced. They told me it would take 30-40 minutes to fix it. After waiting for and hour I went back and they told me it would be 15 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes only to find out it still wasn't ready. Finally they called me over after another 15 minutes only to tell me that they broke my phone and that it would take 4 days for them to order a new part to fix my phone. They offered me a loaner phone in the meantime. The first loaner phone they gave me did not allow me to use my data, so I had to go back to the store and get another loaner. The other loaner phone allowed me to connect to data but only ended up lasting me about half a day on its battery. After 4 days the store salesman called me informing me that it would take another 3 days to fix my phone. He told me to come pick it up in 3 days. I was a bit upset but I understood that they had delays in the shipment of the part. After 3 days I drove to the store to pick up my phone only to find out that the phone still was not fixed and that the part was not even there. He then told me it would take another 5 days to get the part and fix it. I was very upset at this point as I needed my phone for work purposes and the loaner phone was really causing issues at work and I had just wasted my time and gas to come into the store when they could have called me to inform me that it wasn't ready. Finally After another 5 days my phone was returned to me and I was offered a free case (even though I had a case) for the 2 weeks I had to wait for my phone and all the gas and time I had to waste to go back and forth. They still wanted me to pay full price for causing me nothing but stress and wasting my time. Also the tech told me that he is a "good guy" because he could have just given me my phone back after breaking the part and not have told me about it. So his reasoning was that since he didn't commit fraud he was a good guy? After arguing with the owner he finally offered me $20 off of the 130 price I was originally quoted plus a cheap case and $5 screen protector. Please learn from my mistake and go to a reputable cell phone repair place that will not break your phone and make you wait 2 weeks to get it back then make you feel like you are a bad person for being upset.
