I am continuously amazed with the level of customer service. From the moment that I call to place an order or to when I have a technician servicing my printer, my overall experience has always been so great. This small businesses really takes the time to understand me and what my company needs. They don't try to make a quick buck even though all businesses are struggling with COVID.
