★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marvin’s customer service is unparalleled, he made me aware of my companies corporate discount and was able to set up 3 different phones for us. He even stayed past closing time to ensure all customers had everything they needed. It was a very positive experience and we all enjoyed his custom playlist, it slaps and added a great relaxing vibez. Give this man a raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly sad at the service received today. The one staff member working was lazy and did not care to assist me. I was coming in to be a new customer because of the smokin' deals online. I purchased the plan online and had to come in person to verify my identity. The staff said I couldn't verify my identity here even though the email told me to go to the nearest Kodoo store to do so. I showed him the email and he sarcastically grabbed my ID and looked at it and said "it's verified now." He wasn't willing to call their customer care or even look on his computer to see if there was any options to verify my identity. He kept asking me how he could verify my identity and I told him I had no idea because I don't work there? Sadly I had to leave and not become a customer because he wasn't willing to help. Very disappointed. I recommend to try another location because this one is a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service! Thank you Trevor!! Went in to get a problem solved with my phone not being able to text or call after switching from Bell to Koodo at Best Buy, spent over two hours in Best Buy and they couldn’t figure out the problem. Within 5 minutes of arriving here my phone was sorted and then another issue arose but Trevor guided me on how to fix it and my phone is working perfectly again. Will definitely come straight here if I ever have anymore issues.

He helped me save money by showing me a few different options and his customer service was unparalleled to that you’ll find anywhere else. Going forward I will be telling everyone I know to come to this shop and ask for Marvin because he’s the actual best. Thanks Marvin!
