โ โ โ โ โ I went and activated my daughters phone on Wednesday, Feb 23 ,2022 and the employee I was dealing with (Kanaiya S) said I was good for everything that I just had to insert the sim into the phone and she will be good to go, after paying debit the activation fee and monthly fee and setting up pre authorization payments later on the next day Thursday, Feb 24, 2022 we inserted it into her phone and went to try it out to make sure it works and it didnโt we contacted by phone and used freedoms help chat on there website and yet no help at all so now Iโve paid for a SIM card and monthly fee that doesnโt even work and Iโve gotten zero help and she has started school in person so yet she needs a way to contact someone if needed and yet they donโt seem to care and are utterly useless.
There only option was for us to pay again despite showing bank screenshots when we activated and paid by the location bayly south ajax.
SUCH A SCAM HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! The one star
is only due to obligation to post.
