โ โ โ โ โ Great little store, lots of selection of clothing. The lack of a change room (I used back employmee room for trying on kilts) and poor website is the reason for the lower rating.

โ โ โ โ โ Soooo delighted that we discovered this shop. We came here by chance after returning from Portly Piper in hopes of watching Champions League, which was not being shown there. The game had already started and my son was following up on the game updates through his phone. That's when we quickly decided to step in the shop to browse. And We Thank Our Stars That We Did!! The sweeeeeetest lady here not just helped us choose which soccer souvenirs to buy as a gift as I was completely clueless, but she was also so kind and thoughtful enough that she took her precious time out to help my son on where to watch "Champion's League" Finals, that he was so desperate to watch live. She totally made our day!!!!!! And the decently priced soccer collections, milky british chocolates were a delightful cherry on top. Her kindness has gone a long way, and we thoroughly enjoyed our shopping trip here and will be shopping here again soon!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I was treated well the first time I went in. I dealt with an older couple from the old country and they were helpful and and friendly. Unfortunately, when I called with questions about my purchases I was treated quite rudely and hung up on for no apparent reason by some woman named ''Dooley''. No matter, there are dozens of shops that sell the same merchandise and I will take my questions, money and business to them. Saddest part.....I am one of their own! Perhaps the owner should look into how his customers are treated when calling or visiting. I was nothing but polite but that was not returned.

โ โ โ โ โ Been to the place a few times mainly when we are in the area. I have to indulge and buy some British Cadbury's chocolate including my favorite the Flake bar. British Chocolate is so much better than Canadian. Years ago Ajax was known for their large British Population , Things and times change but their are still a lot of Brits in the Ajax area and we appreciate stores like this. They sell food items , soccer memorabilia, A ton of Scottish stuff and so much more. Even if your not British stop in and have a look.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to this shop for the first time at the weekend. Nice little shop ,I bought a nice tartan lambs wool shawl . The owner was very nice and didn't have an issue looking something up for me. Will be back!! Love that I can find my favourite crisps and chocolates .

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed in this shops customer service. We were in the weekend before last and there was a sweatshirt we were interested in. Unfortunately they didnโt have the size on the floor we were looking for so asked if they had anymore in the back. The gentleman that was working said no but may have one at one of their sister shops. Great! So he called and confirmed that I believe it was the Belleville store had one that they would bring to the Ajax store on Tuesday and we would get a call once in. We left our details and off we went. Tuesday and Wednesday came and went so we called to follow up. Lady answered the phone noted she couldnโt see anything about it and apologized but took the information again and said she would get back in touch once she had tracked it down. Didnโt hear anything more and itโs now Monday of the following week so we call again, same woman answers not as friendly and says she will call back. Few hours go by and she calls to say in a not so friendly tone that they donโt have it and will not be getting any more. Trying to support local doesnโt always work sadly. So we will look for it elsewhere and give another store our business in the future. And just to be clear we didnโt give a hard time on either of the follow up calls just noted we hadnโt heard back.
