I was looking for someone who could fix a locket that had broken. It was for my girlfriend and it meant a lot to her so I wanted it to be fixed and possibly reinforced. Marc assured me that he could fix it although difficult. Within a short couple of days, I had gotten a phone call to come and pick it up. The whole process was clear and professional from the start, and the finished product was better than I had hoped for. Would recommend Marc to anyone looking for jewelry repair and or hand-crafted jewelry. Extremely happy with everything!

My wife recently bumped her wedding ring causing the diamond to become dislodged and unfortunately lost. Upon discovering this, I wanted to make it right but was sick to my stomach at the thought of becoming lost in a sea of retail jewelry stores at the mercy of possibly dishonest salespeople. I had the displeasure of dealing with a big box store when I got the engagement ring so I wasn't in a hurry to re-enter that pressure cooker! So I start looking at reviews online, hoping I could at least find a Jeweler that would be "honest and fair". If I could find those qualities I would consider it a win. It was about that time I found Marc T. from Royal T Jewelers and after reading the consistently and resoundingly positive reviews I really started to wonder if he could possibly be as good as people said... So I went to see Marc and explained my dilemma. Marc took my situation seriously, listened to my rant carefully then thoughtfully made the recommendation on the replacement stone. Instead of telling me about it, he showed it to me and gave me a quick complimentary education on the basics (4-C's). He also took additional time to review the ring, noticing that one of the claws had degraded which explained how the stone was able to pop out. He assured me that this would not only be fixed to but also that the entire ring would be cleaned as part of the service so that it would literally be "better than new". That sounded like exactly what I wanted and I kept my expectations in check as the ring wasn't exactly in "mint" condition at this point. About a week later, I go in to get the ring. Marc first shows it to me in it's finished, cleaned state and I was simply blown away. The stone was beautifully place and perfectly secured (claw repaired) and the whole ring cleaned and polished. My wife was simply ecstatic and was finally at ease after the earlier loss. I'm sure Marc works to assist MANY different types of customers and they have a wonderful selection of stones here... but make no mistake Marc is the real gem here. I'm going to make it a point to refer Marc to my friends and family. Because when you locate someone with honesty and integrity like this (in any field) one is morally obligated to spread the word... Thank goodness I found Marc because I'm well aware this could have been a nightmare otherwise!

I highly recommend Royal T Jewelers for many reasons. My partner and I where lucky to find Marc as we had some bad experiences in the past with paying more for poor quality work and ok customer service. We started with buying a few pieces that were already made, which were a great price, quality, with exceptional customer service. Since then we have had two custom pieces made with another in the works. Marc at Royal T was recommended to me by Spence Diamonds when I was looking for someone to create a new setting for my mom's 1960 wedding diamond. From the first phone call I made to the completion of my mom's ring, Marc was professional and personable. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted, and Marc was extremely helpful and patient. I went to Royal T Jewelers with a very tricky piece of work having completely accepted that what myself and my bride wanted might just not be possible. I had made our wedding bands from Damascus steel and wanted to get some diamonds on hers. Marc not only took on the project but was excited, energetic, thoughtful and not to mention extremely talented and produced a end product that was far better than anything I had imagined! He completed a beautiful setting on the band that I had provided and sourced diamonds that were absolutely stunning. Marc worked with us through the whole thing bouncing ideas off us for both design and how he could accomplish the setting structurally because it was something that is both very unusual and exceptionally tricky. He literally made our dream a beautiful reality. I will 110% only be going to Marc for any future jewellery needs and will be strongly recommending anyone I know to do the same. We were treated amazingly, made to feel great and excited through the entire experience and was giving a quote that was an absolutely fair price for the beautiful and tricky piece he made and he stuck to that price without hesitation.
