★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not be happier with Spence Diamonds and specifically, our associate Ami! Three weeks ago, my then-boyfriend (now FIANCE!!) and I visited the store to look at rings. I used to listen to Ami on the radio and because I love the Spence ads, we headed to the store. Our experience was everything a girl looking at rings with her partner should be. Ami's customer service, her attention to what we were looking for and her overall knowledge helped us decide on something that will forever be a part of our story. We are so excited to return for his and her wedding bands! Thank you Spence Diamonds and Ami :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?For our 10 Year Wedding Anniversary gift from my husband we went to Spence Diamonds and it was amazing ? I’ve always heard their commercials and kind of ignored them ? but now I won’t shop anywhere else if I want a diamond ? they have glass “diamonds” in all of the rings with open display cases so that you can try on everything without someone watching over you and pressuring you. Which is fantastic because I tried on ALOT and ended up with a totally different ring than I had originally wanted. Then once you pick one you like they have it custom made for you. And everyone there was so helpful and nice especially Jordan who was fantastic! ✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! My fiancé and I kept our engagement “old school”. So, I never went in to see rings with him (which can be stressful as a girl with the thought of getting an ugly ring haha). The ring is absolutely beautiful. The ring was too big so we got it resized (no charge), and it was suppose to take 3 weeks to come back but it came back in 1 week. Very impressed with Evan and how he kept us informed every step of the way. Thank you, Evan for making our special day absolutely perfect!

She was so incredibly knowledgeable in helping us making the right decision- she knows her diamonds! She was very kind and made this experience go so well, that we’ll be sure to come back and request her!

My husband decided to upgrade my engagement ring after 10 years together and it was such an amazing experience with Ami helping us through it all. She gave us space to explore all the showcases in the store, and educated us about cuts, colors, and clarities once we chose a ring style so we could choose the perfect diamond for my new ring. I am absolutely in love with it and still haven't been able to stop staring at my finger. Thank you Ami, for everything!

He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted and made sure that happened. He expedited the turn around time of the ring too! I couldn't have gotten better service. Highly recommend! Thank you very much for the pleasant experience and the beautiful ring!

Customizing the ring with the correct grade of diamond was critical for me and Evan made sure to give me all the information I needed to get it to look just right. Spence Diamonds is a great place to find the perfect ring for the person you love! I highly recommend going in to see Evan and the staff at the West Edmonton store I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
