J	Jessica Johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY slow & after serving us burnt food, we asked for fresh food to replace it. They charged us full price on the appetizer AND charged us again for the replacement. Poor customer service & I will definitely just head into the mall next time.

I always ask for the pizza to be extra well done, extra pizza sauce, and a side of pizza sauce dip. Was told it would be 45 minutes or so to receive my order. It took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive my order, and oh boy its literally like they went out of there way to do the complete opposite of what I order. The pizza instead of being well done, it was barely cooked I actually had to throw in the oven for an extra 10 minutes. It had no sauce, was like eating a dough and cheese no taste. Now luckily I have the pizza sauce dip i ordered, well opening the lid it did not look like pizza sauce. It smelt very different and had pieces of pork and beef, immediately chucked it in the garbage. Having religious restrictions on consuming Swine, I was extremely offended. I usually don't mind when one thing is missed or mistaken but it seems like they went completely out of the way to prep my order the complete opposite as if it was intentional. Paying 35$ for a medium pizza is already expensive, usually you'd expect for the price a level of quality but this hands down was just a new low. If I could give a no star for this review I would. Tried calling BPs to let them know but after trying to call multiple times no one answered (called about 30 minutes after my order arrived). At the moment I gave up on trying. Lesson learned, that's the last time I ever eat at Boston Pizza.
t	travis hayes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst BPS I have ever been to. Waited for 5 minutes at the front ended up seating ourselves as they did not have a hostess. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. The restaurant was badly understaffed she had three or four tables. By the time our bill came that took another 10 minutes. When we did get our bill they charged us for refilling my sons drink on his kids meal. This was the first time in hundreds of visits that I have seen this? When I asked our waitress I was told the first ones free but after that we charge. What a complete scam that was. I would have asked for a manager but I decided that in the interest of time I did not want to wait any longer just to go.

Was finally seated, ate meal and consumed full beverages without being asked once how we were doing. Waitress came over approx 5 minutes after we finished and had our jackets on. Good food bad service.
T	Tyler Dckrsn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food, and fast service/delivery. There are a lot of small great pizza places, and big chains in Edmonton. But, nothing compares to Boston Pizza. Especially their Boston Royal- that they’ve made for over 40 years! Perfection. Never oily & always so flavourful. One of the pizzas in the city with the most topping! Tangy tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, pepperoni, olives, slice onions, green peppers & prawns! So amazing! My go to for a wonderful treat. Pairs well with either a Chardonnay or Cabernet!
B	Bob C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this location for a late dinner with my family. I ordered a spicy chicken burger with fries. The burger was good but there were hardly any fries on the plate. I asked for additional fries and the server said I'd be charged for them. What!!!??? Fries aren't expensive!!! She could have just asked the kitchen to give me additional fries...??? I understand that times are tough but skimping out on fries isn't going to break the bank. I won't be going back to this location because they lack customer service skills. We should have gone to the BP inside the WEM.
M	Michael K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sports Bar? Not the best place to watch a game. The only good viewing spots are the bar and raised long tables (4 of them). The booths are at right angle to screens so you have to turn your head to view the screen. The tables are in between the bar and raised tables but are OK for viewing. The food experience could have been better. My pepperoni pizza arrived without pepperoni and the person sitting across from me had a sandwich with gristley steak slices. The waitress was excellent and made everything right by getting these meals replaced.
h	hannah grace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we sat in the lounge and were the only ones there. we were forgotten about twice and took about 30 min to get one drink. the server was nice but it just wasn’t worth the long wait. our bills were split and he split them wrong at the end too. would not be back and disappointed at the waste of money the meal was for the wait
