★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed. Ordered a "medium" pizza and donair poutine with a can of pop, should've only costed $28.50, ended up paying $41.10!! When I opened the pizza box I was sure they had made a mistake, as there was no way that the tiny personal pizza I got was a medium. To my surprise when I called and asked about it they said that all of their medium pizzas are that size (10"). Still doesn't explain how I got overcharged $12.62. Customer service was terrible.. wish I would have looked at the reviews first before ordering. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the pizza was alright. Nothing to brag about though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I read reviews before ordering here. Got 2 Donair poutines. They would have been good, if they didn't put them in the oven and burn the cheese and fries. Weird to throw a done poutine in the oven...will not be getting anything from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place gets a bad rap. And honestly, the customer service can be questionable. However, anytime I have ordered, I’ve gotten great food. And I’m quite picky when it comes to food taste and quality. Donairs, pizza are good. The lasagna, I ordered on a whim. Was actually delicious….Favourite is coliseum steak and pizza. But this lasagna was actually amazing. Lots of cheese and flavour. Shockingly delighted.

I ordered two cheese donairs with extra cheese from here last night for my boyfriend and I well before it was close to closing.. and our donairs had NO cheese, and the lettuce on both were browning and wilting.. I tried to call to fix the issue and It rang through twice.. Really disappointing food. Really disappointing service :(

No sauce on my lasagna, which tastes so gross! What a waste of my money. No garlic toast. They tell me I'm not allowed to post about them on Google. Lol. I wish I had read about them before ordering. PLEASE PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. The star I gave is only because I had no choice. Zero stars from this girl.

Our hotel room received a flyer menu pushed under the door.
My wife and I placed an order for a large pizza and 2 litre pop. Easy. Straight off the menu they gave us.
Told them the hotel we were staying at, and were told it will be an hour.
At 1 hour and 20 minutes, nothing showed. My wife called and was told they are almost here.
At 1 hour 4 minutes, called again and told 10 minutes away.
At 2 hours and 10 minutes, called again. Person on phone was rude to us after we were still polite. Told us to wait 10 more minutes and hung up on us.
Pizza NEVER arrived.
Ended up ordering from Pizza Hut which is closer and delivered by the time promised in their professional app.
I really wanted to support a small business, but with how they treated us… I suggest everyone find another place. This is not a good place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I have gotten food from here multiple times. This time we had found hair right in the food going to the bottom of it. We were just about to finish the food until I had eaten an extremely large amount (shown right on the fork) and after more digging found more (in photos). We had told the store but they denied it saying no one has this amount of hair, however I’m not sure of any other way so much hair could get in the food. Either way it was absolutely disgusting. They offered a discount on our next order which i really do appreciate however, I didn’t appreciate the attitude given when we only wanted to make them aware.
